Smile Direct Club

The service was very impressive. They put a perfectly matching dental crown on my half-broken tooth which was previously making me suffer from pain and swelling. The staff was kind too and they ensured that I was comfortable throughout the procedure which only required two visits. I would definitely recommend them for anyone suffering from a broken tooth.

I was going to book an appointment here but was told by one of my guy friends not to go.

He told me he didn’t get to chance to do a scan As he had to walk out because he felt uncomfortable and the staff were very unprofessional.

I’m shocked

His teeth aren’t even that bad imagine if someone else walked in there with little confidence and yet experience that kind of unprofessional idiotic behavior.

It was an amazing experience visiting. Maya was so good at her job explaining the process and the details of 3D scan and improving smile. Happy with the service and definitely will recommend it.

The Ladies at the Parramatta office are AMAZING! They made me feel so welcome, Maya is an angle - my teeth are a massive insecurity of mine and Maya never made me feel self conscious even when i had to have photos taken of my teeth (my WORST fear!), Cant wait for my new SMILE:)

The service during the smile scan and starting the aligner plan was great. After receiving the aligners, not so great. 3 months into the aligners, I noticed they weren’t fitting properly on to my teeth, it seemed one tooth was not in the correct position because the plastic deformed and was so jagged, it cut into my gums.

After experiencing this, I contacted SDC for help, they asked for pictures (well-after I was meant to be prompted to send 90 day check in photos but did not receive any communication) which I emailed. SDC recommended a re-evaluation of the treatment plan with a new set of aligners. They sent an impression kit over, and this is where I am at - I require an account number for TNT to be able to send the kit, and have emailed and called many times to get it sent, still no update.

I am still getting charged monthly for aligners that are not working and this is extremely upsetting. I have sent another email over so will see if I get any updates as to where to go from here. I thought I would like to let others know that communication with SDC is poor after you’ve received your aligners. Not sure if it is worth it at this point.

I went in to get a 3D scan and was welcomed as soon as I entered the room. Staff were very friendly and well informed, they know exactly what they’re doing. I was consulted by Himani and she was so sweet and told me everything I needed to know. Great experience and can’t wait to get my new smile

I have grown up with dental care not being the first and foremost priority in my life, and only recently as I've gotten older I have started to appreciate and respect my mouth more. Recently getting married, my partner has encouraged me (along with wanting on my own) to go and investigate getting my teeth straightened. Every dentist I had visited could only offer me traditional braces, and although I wasn't bothered by the look, the price being in excess of $8000 had made the idea unobtainable.

Then in comes SmileDirectClub. It was an add on Facebook that caught my attention, and after a little research I booked in to go see the Team at Parramatta. Reception staff where fantastic, and the lovely lady at the front desk was fantastic and greeted me with a Smile (I often have anxiety going somewhere new, and she made it disappear in less than a minute with how friendly and genuine she was.)

The process was stupidly simple, everything was explained in detail and all of my questions answered. The process of scanning was simple but awesome as you get to see your teeth in 3D!

I have just gone through my albums over the last several years, and there is not a single photo of me showing my teeth that I look at and I like, I would like to give a Shout Out Himani (SDC Team Member) as during the entire 30 minute process she answered my questions, settled my concerns, and has put me on my smile path that I am so excited to get started on. Himani gets customer service, and her service was 5 Stars!

I never thought an add on Facebook for something that costs up to 60% less than traditional braces would actually be real. But here we are!

I am just starting my process, but expect a further review when I'm done:)!
