Purchased an eye serum as a gift, box came with creases and squashed. No care was taken when packaging the item and it is not a cheap product. Staff offered to replace it, so was appreciative of that, but has made me think twice about purchasing from here again.

This website is a scam site. Do not be fooled by the “cheap” usually more expensive products. Dig just a little deeper & you will find plenty of evidence that this site is a scam

I have purchased a set of ASAP products and one of the bottle was not working. There was no product pumped out (it is an airless pump bottle). I have contacted the customer service which advised me a way to fix it, however it was still not working. I sent an email again to follow up and have no replied yet.
