Received my first order today after placing my order on Sunday; it is now Wednesday. Super fast dispatch which I am immensely grateful for. These days some bottles are hard to tell when you are running low til you are out of a product and waiting a week just for dispatch can be stressful. Huge range to choose from. My order even arrived with a personalised thank you card/receipt and a couple of samples. Could not be happier with finding and shopping at Skinmart.

What an amazing company to deal with. Loved the phone call to confirm my order. The lady that called was a pleasure and I was left excited to receive my order. It arrived in 2 days and with lovely samples inside. It even had a personalised card inside. Skinmart has left me pleasantly surprised that customer service when online shopping is possible by their extra little services and add ons included. Highly recommend!

I’m blown away by your offers, rewards program and attention to detail with the pamphlet and the gifts.

Will be shopping again with you for sure. No more spending 1000s at Mecca!

Good customer service and good prices on a wide variety of high quality skincare. Also good free gifts with purchase are offered frequently and you can choose your gift to suit your skin type - which is greatly appreciated, as you dont end up with products you won't or cant use.

I’m going to give this a one star rating but would give zero if possible. I ordered some hand soap from this site 23 June. I received immediate confirmation ‘a shipment order is on its way, click here to track’ and then in a separate email received details on how to track the shipment. Time had passed and I had almost forgotten about it but followed up on 10 July to see where it was as it hadnt arrived. I was made to pay $5.95 on top of my purchase to have shipped out which I did. It turns out that free shipping is only available for orders over $50 and so it sat at the shop. The postman attempted to deliver and sent straight to the post office. Frustrating as I have 2 small kids to manage plus a full time job so it’s hard for me to find time to go and by the time I got there it had been over 10 days so it was sent back to sender. And usually stuff is just left in a safe place. I’ve not had things sent to the post office unless it’s something like a passport! Anyway the only solution offered was to pay another $10.95 to have it re shipped.

My feedback is
1. Please review your website and confirmation emails
2. If it’s sitting at the shop for weeks then surely someone would question this and follow up with the customer. They would have been able to see my address is no where near Allabie. I’ve actually never heard of this suburb. If I never remembered would this even have been on their radar while pocketing my money
3. Review shipping method, surely a judgement call is that for soap it is low risk and to just leave in a safe place.

Looking forward to having my money refunded minus all the shipping costs I have incurred which you have said is at my cost.

I would never use this site again.

The SkinMart products, promotions and postage are fantastically priced and I have honestly never had such a delightful customer service experience in all my years. After making a huge mistake in a same day delivery order, I emailed about possibly getting my order refunded so that I could re-order. Not only did I recieve an email response and full refund within 20 minutes, I also still managed to get a same day delivery despite just not making the cut-off by the time of reorder. I also had the pleasure of speaking to a girl in the emails who was sweet as pie. It felt like truly cared about me as a customer and never once made me feel silly for all the mistakes I made or questions I asked. I wish this level of service was availible at all stores!

By far my favourite online retailer, I love some of the other beauty providers too but skinmart always comes through on top. Very fast shipping, extremely helpful customer service and you’re never waiting long for a reply. Plus they have unmatched deals and rewards!

Slow shipping, i ordered on the 30/4 and items did not arrive till the 6/5. I understand one item was on backorder till the 27/4 however it still took 6 business days to get from NSW to QLD. To compare, I also made an order with RY.com.au on the same day, and the shipment arrived the next day.
