Had the absolute best experience today getting my helix done by Mia. Incredibly friendly customer service and so much knowledge about piercings. Helped clean and provided advice on my other piercings. Shall definitely be back here for my next piercing. Procedure itself very quick and easy.

Mia was just amazing! I’m afraid of needles and she was so caring and sweet with making me feel comfortable. Got my septum done in seconds and also been gifted a lollipop as a reward! Though for a second I was in Willy Wonka’s factory “piercings and candy”!

Mia was lovely for us 3 ladies! We walked in and all got piercings done and fit us in with no problem at all. Very lovely, clean and professional. Talked through the whole thing to make me less nervous and it was a great experience

First time piercing and the girl who had done my piercing for was awesome, she made me feel comfortable. Staff are so nice and patient too, love these guys and their vibes. Piercing was clean and easy, explaination was simple, and they provide all the things you need for after-care. Gonna come back for sure!:)

My friends and I came down to Sydney for the Billie Eilish concert, we had some time to kill, so we got some piercings. We were served by Mia who was honestly so amazing and great to chat too. She knew exactly what she was doing. 5/5 Stars for Mia.

The staff here are really amazing and know their stuff! I recently got an apprenticeship piercing done by Mariana, who did an excellent job! The staff followed strict hygiene protocols, did a thorough anatomy check to make sure the piercing was right for me and provided great emotional support. Definitely would recommend!
