Went in today to get my third lobes and my friends helix. Alexia was absolutely fantastic, ran us through the healing and piercing process in a simple and easy to understand way. The results on my thirds and my mates helix were fantastic. Overall she did a great job and was super friendly and an absolute pleasure. Definitely made it a good experience - thanks Alexia!

The price was not transparent. I got my ear piecing 3 years ago and one of them was closed so that I came to get one more piecing. Piecing for one side costs $55. Adding one more titanium earring costs $20. The healing spray costs $14. The staff didn’t inform me the price of the additional earring and the spray. Barely any aftercare instruction was provided.

My experience was not the best, they pierced my lip but since the beginning I noticed that the staff were not in the best mood, anyways my piercing was not straight and it started to look bad, I had to remove it and I went again, to pierce my ear this time (they didn't want to pierce my ear instead but at the end they accepted), anyways it was extremely painful and I also had to removed it as well because it was not healing properly and I looked after it very well, I have more piercings in my ears so definitely it was not normal that I had a bump, anyways my complain is more related with the service that they offer it can be nicer, and less rushed, I gave them 3 starts because they did my piercing twice, but could be avoided since the beginning because it was not properly done.

I got my septum pierced a few months ago. The positioning is perfect and it was very quick and painless. All the employees were lovely, kind and professional (my friend got her rook done at the same time). The best part tho - every single other piercing I have gotten (8) has gotten infected/I’ve had problems with at some point during the healing period, even despite my aftercare efforts. I thought that was just going to be how my body is until I got this piercing and had NO COMPLICATIONS whatsoever. Even through having literal Covid. I am blown away! Will definitely be returning, thank you team!

Mia was beyond amazing and accommodating! I went in for a helix piercing but she recognized scarring I had from previous piercings and helped me decide on another one. I left with a conch that I absolutely love. She was very hygienic and cautious, and very thorough with after care education. Thank you!

Took my 7 year old to have her ears pierced here, couldn't fault Mia and her colleague they were friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. 5 star experience, my 7 year old was totally comfortable, no pain, great result and very hygienic.
