Skinkandy

I went to skin kandy on 3/06/22. I got my navel done and it did look in right spot so I said yes but it also hurt when others said it’s not supposed to until after but it hurt me really bad and now I can see another hole that’s like where it was supposed to go through but it didn’t. It also looks in the wrong spot now and I also got a burn from the clamps, the lady who I had she was nice but she did hurt my stomach quite bad. Im not happy with my pericing now and feel like wasted money, cause I’ll have to get rid of it now.

My daughter wanted her ears pierced for her 5th birthday, and a friend recommended Skin Kandy at Tuggerah for kids piercings. My daughter was a little nervous, but Tash and Lou were beyond lovely and encouraging. They took their time getting the placement of her earrings right before going ahead, they explained everything right to my daughter, so she felt included and prepared, and I especially love that they let my daughter take a moment and tell them when she was ready, rather than rushing her through the process. She walked away so proud of herself and her sparkly new earrings.

Today I went and got my septum and tongue pierced by ash accompanied by (sorry I can’t remember his name) a very nice gentleman. They made me laugh, relaxed and reassured me that everything was gonna be okay and they were gonna be quick. They even gave me a lollie! They made the experience a lot more comfortable for me and I had a lot of fun today, I recommend SkinKandy 10/10, I will be back & hopefully will see both they’re amazing faces again! Thank you so much I’m so happy with my piercings. Xo

Thank you to Jamie! Jamie was professional with a caring touch. She makes the process calm and talks you through it step by step, so you know what to expect. All care instructions were given and were easy to understand. The settings were clean and nice smelling and all the staff presented me with a smile and offer to help. Will happily recommend to anyone.

Ash was absolutely amazing with my piercing tonight, I wanted both nostrils done and she done everything in her power too get them as even as possible and she definitely did, cannot fault the service at all, all the staff were lovely and everything was sterile:)

I went in to get my second lobe piercing after having the first done when i was very young. I have a huge fear of needles and not remembering what the first time felt like made it far worse. The lady who served me was Lizzy, and she was absolutely great! She was so comforting, super friendly and took her time making sure i was comfortable with the process. Awesome experience and would 100% do again

Today i went to SkinKandy at Tuggerah to get multiple piercings and was looked after by Ash. She was amazing. She was the only person working in the store at the time and was run off her feet, but she was so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was so calm and friendly and did a fabulous job with my piercings. Will come back again!

I saw Jamie to get my helix pierced today, she was absolutely lovely. I felt like I was in good hands. Very happy with the result!:)

I have dealt with a number of different staff from making enquiries and appointments to having appointments for piercings for both me and my daughter. They were professional, calm, understanding and patient with piercing my daughters ears. Every staff member I have dealt with have been amazing and kind throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend SkinKandy and all of their staff enough. Will happily go there for any future piercings and jewelry.

Got a daith piercing done today. Was extremely nervous going in to get it done. First time in 10 years getting peirced. Janine was awesome.

Had a great experience with clauds? I think that’s what the name says on the card she was very informative, friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible! Love my new piercings and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new addition!

I had a booking to have either have a tragus or anti helix pericing, with a consult with the piercer Clauds, she recommended the tragus would look better.
The piercing took place and I felt at ease and surprisingly the piercing was gentle and my ear didn't feel like it was about to be ripped off.

I recently went to SkinKandy Tuggerah and had my thirds (lobes) pierced by Marlee and an industrial done by Jake and they were absolutely fantastic! The placement is perfect and they were so lovely and extremely helpful with my requests and aftercare advice, the piercings were quick and almost painless and they are healing really well. I couldn't be happier with my experience and will be returning soon!

I got 3 Helix piercings done at once by Marlee, she was absolutely fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made it as painless as possible. Super happy with the results.
