Great customer service by Taijah, very welcoming. Taijah and coco were great with my 3 year old made the whole experience of getting her ears pierced very relaxed. Couldn’t recommend Teah team enough.

I can't thank the girls at Skin Kandy enough for their help today.
My daughter had her nose pierced today, she wasn't feeling the best afterwards. The team were so caring and kind to her.
They got her to lay down. Offered her a lolly, cool cloths on her neck and forehead.
On top of that the actual piercing was done so quickly. I was so impressed.

Got pierced by Taijah today! Went in with my friend and explained everything so thoroughly, we ended up both getting septums and they came out great

Every time I have visited the Tuggerah store the team have all been so lovely. Very quick and efficient! The team are very knowledgeable and and made me feel at ease when I was quite anxious about my piercings. I love that they also assist in changing jewellery when healed!

Had my nipples pierced today by Jamie! She was absolutely awesome, walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and safe. The piercing process was quick, easy, hygienic and safe. Jamie was so reassuring. She made me feel much better about the process, and I was quite nervous beforehand. I absolutely love the way they look and I will 100% be coming back to get all my piercings done here!

We’ve always had great experiences at skin kandy Tuggerah. Most recently I brought my daughter in on her birthday for the 2nd lobes piercing and we were served by both Jamie-Lee and Gigi. They were SO amazing and patient with her, she was nervous and the second she said she wasn’t ready they stepped back, gave her space and helped her feel at ease. On top of this Jamie-Lee noticed that the earrings in her first lobe piercings were mismatched so she gifted my daughter a beautiful set of earrings to replace the ones she had in. No doubt we will continue to come back here for all future piercings for my kids and myself

Went to go get my ears done with my BLACK cousin and auntie, I’m white and we were told that we werent able to because I didn’t have a Medicare card on me and wasn’t allowed to use a photo of it, she was so ignorant but wasn’t with the white girls that were in there

They are amazing here, I wouldn't go anywhere else, she helped me to close my jewellery when I couldn't do it myself

Just got my daith pierced at the Tuggerah store by Lisa and I'm so impressed. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Lisa took her time to make sure everything was done right and made sure to talk me through the process and check in with me to make sure I was ok. They're also very careful to make sure everything is sterile and offer after-care and a follow-up to check on the healing process.

Absolutely beautiful staff that are experienced, well-trained, and make the piercing process smooth as well as in detailed after care. Highly recommend! Love it

Someone I know had her top piercing here 5 months ago and she still has swellings today with pain and there are no signs of it stopping. If you want your ears to hurt then please come here. All other review you may see are misleading, I genuinely do not recommend coming here.

Took my 5yr old daughter for her first piercing and piercer Jamie made the whole experience fun and memorable. There may have been some playful kicking involved but it absolutely put my daughter at ease. Jamie explained everything that was going to happen and how and definitely recommend Jamie for any young children's piercing.

My daughter got her septum pierced and the lovely lady who did it was so caring and kind and made us feel really comfortable as we were both nervous.
The place is very clean and sanitary and my daughter is in no pain. Will definitely recommend this place. Thanks for the great service.

Ash pierced my eyebrow and she was AMAZING, definitely recommend this shop. Mate had her navel pierced by a trainee - Ruby - and even she was amazing

Took my 13yo son to have his ears pierced on Sunday. Was looked after by Nyx. I loved her attention to detail, was great at answering all my questions. Very happy with result. Highly recommended
