I had my first and second lobes pierced today by Aeron and what a great job she did!

About 8 or more years ago I had my firsts done at a pharmacy but ended up removing the piercings after complications and the experience had somewhat scared me off getting them redone. I normally go dizzy and clammy after needles so I expected ear piercings to have the same effect but they did not.

Aeron made me feel incredibly comfortable straight away, answered all my questions while being both wonderfully friendly and professional. She did the piercings so quickly and easily I had no felt almost nothing. Maybe only a pinch at most. She was totally amazing!

I went made the appointment for early in the morning right after opening, so I was the only customer there. If you are like me and nervous, maybe this would be a better time as the shop always seems to be busy later in the day.

If, or maybe when, I get more piercings done, I will definitely ask to book in with Aeron. She completely removed all my fear and I’m so happy with the results.

My daughter had her ear lobes pierced today and the crew at skin kandy were super friendly, professional, reassuring and patient (when my daughter hesitated for a bit). Highly recommend this place and will go back for any future piercings.

Best piercing place in the Illawarra. Shop was extremely clean and staff were so friendly. Had the apprentice Jesse do the piercing supervised by manager Jess and they were both so lovely.

Okay where do I start? I got my septum pierced here on Tuesday after having a bad experience elsewhere a few years ago which resulted in me taking it out because I was unhappy with the way it looked. I’m not sure of the lady’s name who done my piercing but she was very professional, I am beyond happy with the placement of the piercing itself and her assurance throughout the procedure was just amazing. To walk out those doors feeling confident with my new piercing felt so great. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am so happy with it, I’m obsessed

I've had three piercings done by a trainee, Maddy, and she has been great! My piercings have healed super nicely with no bumps and they were done quickly and professionally. Piercings were half price due to her being a trainee so I really got my money's worth. Great customer service.

Booked in to get my tongue pierced and I was running couple minutes late due to common traffic and I rang them up to let them know.

They did not care at all. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and if I could put no star rating I would!

I won't go anywhere else! The employees here are wonderfully kind and helpful. It the middle of their busy time they still took the time to talk to me about options, pricing and what is best for me. I absolutely recommend Aeron, she made me feel so relaxed and excited while also being super professional. It was clear to me that she really cared about the result of my piercing (Triple Helix) and that I would love it too. Even though it can get quite busy here they are efficient in getting the forms filled and arranging a time so you can keep your place in the queue while going to grab lunch in the mall. I've gotten pierced at other places but this has by far been the best experience and I will now ONLY come here. 100% if you want a piercing, get it at SkinKandy Wollongong.

I had a great experience at Skin Kandy Wollongong. The shop itself is clean and welcoming. The staff are excellent and very friendly. My piercer was Aeron. She answered all my questions before the procedure and was incredibly professional. I had 2 piercings done in one session, a lower lip and a philtrum piercing. Aeron performed both the piercings quickly and made everything very effortless. I would 100% recommend Skin Kandy to anyone for all their piercing needs.
