I had a piercing done today by Mads at the SK Wollongong store. I had a lot of questions but Mads took the time to answer each one of them thoroughly. I felt well informed & well looked after. I’d definitely recommend Mads & SkinKandy Wollongong to anyone.

I cannot recommend Skin Kandy Wollongong enough. Meeting the amazing Mahalia was just the beginning of an amazing experience. Before and after getting my daith’s done, customer care was 10/10. I will absolutely be a returning client, Mahalia we are booking my tragus piercings very soon lovely

Absolutely loved Mads, one of the piercers. They made me feel safe and comfortable getting my double helix done. When I fainted (whoops), they ensured I was looked after and didn’t rush me at all to get up and go - made sure I was recovered and checked in several times while finishing up the process. You’re a gem Mads!

Amazing service every time I have been and they are so helpful kind and understanding. I lost the front on my helix peircing and had to buy a new one and they helped clean out my peircing hole and put in the new one free of charge. I only had to pay for the actual peircing. Wonderful workers who are understanding and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Aeron was very helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the piercing and aftercare and was happy to answer any of my questions. She made me feel comfortable in the room and had good queues to help during the piercing. She was professional throughout it all.
Overall I had a great experience and would definitely be coming back!

I got my belly pieced, and once it was done I looked in the mirror and the piecing was pieced above my belly button and I said is that right? And they said it was fine.and month after never coming close to healing it just ripped out. Now I have a big scare?

I went and got pierced today by Kaiya and the experience was amazing. From customer service to the piercings kaiya and the other staff were helpful and friendly. I have had a lot of piercings and this was one of the best experiences, Would recommend:)

Came here for a cartridge piercing and was pierced by Kaiya (an apprentice piercer) and it was a great experience, nice and friendly staff and the piercing by Kaiya was great and very well done, would recommend:)

Aeron was fantastic piercing my 13 year old daughters ears that had been done incorrectly at jewellery shop. Really knowledgable, friendly and a fabulous experience highly recommend!

Had my 22month old daughters ears pierced today! Mads was amazing with her and made her feel very comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. She didn’t even cry and was so happy with her new ear piercings
