I have been to skin candy 2 times. First time to get my nose done, which I had to remove due to the ring being placed incorrectly in my nose. Making the piercing hole actually close up as the opening on the ring was placed in the skin of my nose. I was not offered any form of refund or for my nose to be repierced.

I decided that I would give skin candy another go and get my seconds done on my ears. And after one week my ear has actually swollen up and covered the piercings. The earring is now stuck in my ear and when arriving today to ask for advise she quickly looked at it and just told me to seek help from a doctor. There was no explanation for this happening or even her sitting me down to look at it properly. She just glanced at it and told me to go else where. I understand it could just be my body’s reaction to piercings, but I really just needed someone to actually look at what had happened.

Other than that, the staff who actually pierced my ear and nose were so incredibly lovely to me.

I got a forwards helix done by Lizzy today and she was absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and made sure I was 100% happy with everything. Definitely recommend!

Lizzy did my conch piercing here and I'm really happy with the result! She spent time to answer any questions I had beforehand honestly and straightforwardly. $55 for a piercing with titanium steel, advice to come back in 2 weeks for a free general check up. I've heard some people had bad experiences with apprentices but Lizzy was very experienced.

Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I was very nervous but my piercer distracted me and kept me calm, she also told me exactly what she was doing during the whole appointment so I didn’t feel overwhelmed.:)

SkinKandy Charlestown were amazing and I was super happy with my whole experience. The 2IC took care of me as I've had some difficulty in the past. She was extremely lovely, helpful and patient in making sure I was 100% happy. Would 100% recommend and loved the whole experience. Thanks to her and Liz.

Lizzy is amazing! I came in today for some spontaneous piercings, the staff were wonderful and got me in straight away. I was made so comfortable and the piercing itself was painless! I always go to SkinKandy and will continue to do so <3

Got my helix pierced today by Meeka, she was so professional and so lovely. She was extremely helpful and kind when i had to sit down afterwards when i felt faint. Offered lollies and cordial and kept checking on me. Cannot rate her any higher, appreciated her help so much. She was wonderful

All the workers were so lovely, Amy pierced my nose and was extremely patient with my anxiety. 10/10 recommend Amy as a piercer, she was absolutely wonderful, made me feel super comfortable, and didn't judge my reluctance to letting the needle near my face. Ashley allowed me to hold her hand and was extremely nice and comforting. Overall, I'm 100% going back for any other piercings I need done

The girls at skin kandy were lovely and great to talk to. Mika did a great job with my piercing, was super quick and made me feel way less nervous. Defiently recommend!

I forgot the girls name but she had vibey pants and bright orange hair! Absolutely amazing, got my tongue web ring out first go and it was her first doing it! Quickest experience I’ve had ever with that piercing!

They were fantastic, you have to have your ID and Medicare card, but once you have that stuff they are perfect, they have cordial and lollipops in case of low blood sugar due to the adrenaline rush and will let you lay/sit as long as you need to before your able to get up again, absolutely amazing service and would 10000% recommend them

Fantastic experience, had my first piercings done here by Olivia yesterday (doubles in each lobe) and the girls were not only fun and informative, but took extra time when mapping out where to make the piercings and were open and patient throughout the entire process. Very painless and quick. Look forward to coming back to have more done soon:)

Been here multiple times and always have a good experience. Went recently to get a new piercing and had some trouble, feeling extremely light headed. Would love to send my regards to the team at Charlestown, especially Felicity. As I was paying she noticed I was about to faint and quickly took me to another room, looking after me for another 10 minutes, keeping me calm. Without her I'm sure I would of fainted outside the shop. Amazing at their jobs, thank you so much to the team xo

Absolutely insane experience, went in just to get my basic lobes done, first time getting a piercing - thank you to Meg for being so lovely and making sure everything was perfect:)
