Terrible customer service. Can’t provide clear information on what documents have to be presented as proof of parenthood of a little 6mo.

Attended shop when a new rook piercing I had done at a different SkinKandy store repeatedly came undone due to a faulty thread and too small jewellery. Staff offered to replace jewellery for a small charge. When I questioned the charge, staff member phoned management who authorised free replacement. Staff member very helpful and gentle during the change and now my piercing is healing correctly.

Maddie is legit a god sent best experience and I got a free lollipop and water cause I nearly passed out so she really got my back

I recently had my ears pierced at skinkandy charlestown square. The staff were extremely pleasant and very professional. Being in the medical profession I was extremely impressed by their hygienic skills.
Their treatment room was like a doctors practice. There would be a very slim chance of getting any acquired infection at their facility. I was very impressed by the young girl whom treated me I have forgotten her name but she had multiple face piercings. She was so gentle and the whole experience was wonderful. Thanks for a job well done

Absolutely top tier.
I had my conch and nose pierced recently with Shelbs at the cube and not only was she completely fantastic with showing me deals, recommending a higher grade of jewellery, and even upgrading me to the larger bottle of aftercare so I don’t need to keep coming back as I live far away from a skinkandy store. Shelbs even recommended using the online store and bringing the jewellery back in for me to have them changed. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to make sure that this lovely young woman knew how well she went and how happy I am. Even throughout the piercing I was checked up on after each part of the procedure, offered water and cordial afterwards as I had become dizzy, and was put into a comfortable situation where I felt more like a friend/family member instead of client.
Thank you Shelbs, I will be coming back for many more piercings from you!:)

I was a walk in, and I have messed up ear-lobes which were pierced very unevenly when I was younger. Meeka did a beautiful job of making them symmetrical and was so lovely!

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced, she was super nervous but Ash and Ella were so calm and comforting for her. They gave her a bravery certificate and I think she was more excited about that than the earrings. Highly recommend!

Have not had any piercings done myself here but my 2 Daughters have and I had to sign for them as they were not of age at the time the amount of ID required and the forms of it is crazy so be organised with this and on time early incase but when it comes down to the actual piercing they are very good and quick professional manner lots of beautiful stock and products for aftercare price was ok too I think they have different deals you can check them out online and book it all online

Bought a nose ring which broke before I had even left the store. Was told I could buy another as it wasn't faulty when I was given it. Person working there couldn't care less. Definitely not going back

My 5 year old had her lobes pierced by Jess today. Honestly, such a brilliant experience. Jess was so patient and warm that we had zero tears. She’s been DYING to have this done for a year and I’ve admittedly been reluctant, but Jess made the entire experience extra exciting and positive for us both. We had to wait a bit for a same day booking so while killing time, I saw several hairdressers and nail salons advertising cheap piercings in the same mall with no wait time. Having once been covered in metal myself, I wanted to try Skin Kandy and the wait was WELL worth it. Clean, professional and fun. Kudos, Jess. I might just come in sometime soon to have something done myself for a bit of nostalgia from my 20s. ;) <3

I had a piercing here a few weeks ago by Meeka. It was probably the best piercing experience I have had, she explained everything to me before the piercing between everything to was going to do and the after care. I had already gotten two other forward helix piercings and she did the third, she was so professional and made me feel so comfortable the whole time xx

I got my navel pierced and i was beyond scared. Meeka made me feel so comfortable and waited till i was ready to go ahead, insured me on every step she was doing. Definitely recommend!

I recently received an industrial piercing from Ash, who was supervised by Amber. Ash was super helpful and so informative about the procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and understood before proceeding. Ash was amazing in achieving what I wanted. Her laid back and kind personality made the piercing much more comfortable and reduced my nerves. Amber was a wonderful guide for Ash and allowed Ash her independence whilst conducting the piercing! Always so happy with the amazing service I receive from Skin Kandy!
