Sit Back & Relax provided exceptional service, calling ahead of the delivery day to check that the delivery time would work (and they provided the option for free assembly). I bought an Herman Miller Aeron (Remastered) which was delivered in perfect condition. Super smooth experience from start to finish, couldn't recommend more!

Edit - contacted by company after review posted. They sorted new screws for chair and mailed ASAP. Thanks guys, I can use my chair now:). Bought an ergonomic chair which broke pretty much as soon as i got it. Enquired as to replacement chair, or even a replacement part for the chair to repair myself - and have not heard a thing back from them so i have an unusable new broken chair.

I have bought a couple of chairs from this business in the last couple of years, and have found the volatility in reviews to reflect my experience of this business.

Kate and Shane are tremendous.
Above and beyond, they handle bespooke business queries and requests, and are customer facing, pleasant and professional.

If your experience of this business isn't a good one, ask for Kate to handle your matter. She seems to be the problem eater, as has been reflected by other reviews.

Other interactions were okaay, but not going out of their way to do me (or their employer!) any favours, at best. (Which incidentally delayed my most recent purchase by 4-5 months, and would have cost them the gig if Shane hadn't been so accomodating in April 2020.)

Look forward to dealing with Kate and seeing Shane next time. Cheers, James

The mat is fantastic - very comfortable to stand on. Well packed and delivered, with reasonable shipping cost. I’ve already recommended the mat and Sit Back and Relax to others.

My home office was this tiny and cramped space tucked away in a corner. I invested on the Rapid Flux Electric Height Adjustable riser and the Caddie Mobile Bookcase to get myself as comfortable and organised as possible.

Also, for maximum support and relief, purchased the Fursys T50 Air mesh chair. My sitting posture has improved!

Like the other reviews on here I would not recommend using this company. They took over three months to deliver the chair when they said it would be two weeks and after many emails sent to them which they did not answer or took a very long time to answer the chair was finally delivered. The right arm on my chair that I purchased has become defective and have sent two emails with no response. Update: I sent an email on the 22nd of April and have sent many emails and talked to someone on the phone about getting the arm repaired, it is now the 8th of july and after promises to get the arm repaired nothing has been done.

Order a couple of Aerons and was told the lead time was 2-3 weeks. They were finally delivered 7 weeks later, after having made numerous phone calls to check on the order status, and after having been told that they would be delivered on multiple occasions prior. Woeful customer service.

The two stars is because the product is ok but the customer service is abysmal and the fine print a complete rort. I paid wll over $5K for two desks which are both wrong despite two representatives coming out and measuring the space. When the second desk turned up and it was wrong the thought of calling and leaving messages for their unresponsive account manager again drained me of all energy. I have emails aplenty showing them what I asked for but did ever get a response, no. When I rang and actually spoke to someone I was told I was being aggressive. Read the fine print. Even if the mistake is theirs, their fine print means you have to pay for the product anyway. So take my lesson as I sit here today with a desk too small and not scalloped (as asked for!) and another desk in the corner too small for anything, avoid this organisation, I will never get that 6 months back but I can save you the time and cost.
