Hi Owner, unfortunately your admin Kate still hasn't paid me refund since I first emailed her on 26th May2022 which was the date I received the delivery. The chair was Gregory petite missed sliding part which I found out myself and contacted you.kate picked up the phone. She agreed to refund me after multiple chase up for reply. Yes, we received it on Feb 2023. It was a bit late but it eventually happened.

Needed a good comfortable chair for myself with great padding for the butt area shopping around on ebay found you guys and liked your description of the chair and price, quick delivery and in great order as their were no faults with the chair, it feels great and comfortable to sit all day on with good adjustments to fit my style. Ordered a size A Aeron in Dec 2021, hasn't arrived yet (now is 17th Apr 2022). No one contacted me, then when I contact them, they told me that they didn't contact me because they couldn't find my number? I'm told the chair will arrive in mid of Apr. Now is 17th Apr.

I consider myself as a very patient customer. It's ok to keep customers waiting, but please give them an update, either via email or phone.

Update (20 Apr 2022) :
Got contacted by one SB&R staff. He explained the reasons for the delay and gave an updated ETA (end of May), and was actively trying to solve this issue. At the end, we worked out a satisfactory temporary solution.

The product is fantastic
The Customer Service (mostly on the phone due to Covid) has been outstanding
If there is a comment to make is that “ building” instructions are average
But still, highly recommended company

Great chair and great service from Sit Back and Relax. As expected with deliveries from the US there were some delays and I was updated each time.

Very disappointed with the lack of communications received for my order which i have been calling up myself time and time again to find out the status.apparently text have been sending out to "clients" but my number was not included in this distribution list for clients to receive any comms about the delay on the order and status of the delivery.

Brilliant after sales service. Thank you so much for sorting out my warranty issue and getting it finalised quickly (even during Covid). Friendly at all times. 5 stars.

A little misleading when they say "ships in 2-3 business days" - well that depends on where in the country its being shipped from and to! My $750 sit/stand desk was purchased on the 18th August and apparently being shipped from Perth. I had to chase a tracking number from SBR and when I did, I noticed the ETA was two days ago. I contacted the courier directly and they tell me its sitting in Adelaide and they still have to send it to me Sydney. So it will be approximately 2 weeks before I receive my item. It would have been nice to receive any sort of communication from SBR.
UPDATE - they have offered to reimburse me for the shipping which is really nice gesture. Kate has been great to deal with

Bought an ergonomic chair for home office. Order was processed quickly and delivered within the timeframe. I would recommend this retailer.

While I had done most of the research for this purchase on-line, the on-line ordering process was pretty smooth and fuss free. Delivery occurred a few days earlier than originally notified, which was a pleasant surprise. Delivery was also well communicated, with driver calling before arrival. Item was in perfect condition and assembly of 3 parts was easy (store had offered free assembly service). The chair itself is extremely comfortable and the multitude of adjustments allow a near infinite degree of customisation. If it lasts at least 30 years, I'll be very happy.

The delivery was right in the middle of the window Claire estimated to me on the day.
The delivery driver called me ahead of arriving and then called me when he got to my address. Appreciate a prompt and communicative delivery person!
The chair has been a game changer for my desk setup and Claire nailed it with getting the high back!

I bought an office chair from Sit back & relax and the process was very smooth and pleasant, they were very supportive as the item was out of stock at the time when i called and checked with them, they were very helpful to find the exact date the new shipment arriving and help me to pre-order and book the chair, i placed the order online and they sent me a confirmation email about the date and the ETA.and as expected they called me once the chair arrived and booked a delivery date where the team was very helpful and took the extra notes i requested for delivery.on the day of delivery they were very punctual and on time and the chair arrived in perfect condition, and the delivery team was very professional and friendly too.the whole process was smooth and easy and i highly recommend them.
