100% satisfied with my new laminate timber floors! It was such a pleasure dealing with Lincoln and his team. He is a genuinely honest and sincere man who looks out for his customers and delivers excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price.
The laminate itself (blackbutt 12MM) looked great (not the cheap tacky looking laminate I've seen in some other places).
What I appreciated most about Lincoln, was that he was very transparent from the start. He explained some of the challenges with our sub-floor and offered practical solutions without ripping us off. He never tried to maximise his profits at our expense. Instead he made sure any recommendations was in our best interest. I honestly cannot fault anything about this experience - Responsive, prompt, reasonable pricing, quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Lincoln & his team are incredibly helpful, honest, efficient & they did a superb job in our Granny Flat. His reccomendations & advice were spot on for the job we required & his quote was the best by far. His team worked like a powerhouse & did not stop to get the job done 9am-7pm. Great job done! Highly recommended for all renovators. Lincoln helped me choose the good quality timber floors and arranged the installation just when the stock was delivered. Really efficient. Compared with my friends I am very lucky to have Lincoln help me out.

Highly recommended, Lincoln is a very good person, not just a business man for money. He suggested us not to get floors in bathroom and laundry as floors would be damaged by water. After everything done, he delivered as what he said. Very happy with all the jobs done by Simplay Flooring. All the stuff are very helpful. We would not go to other flooring place if we need another flooring project done.
