DON'T BOTHER TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE! After calling on the Friday before the ANZAC weekend 2022, a new hot water system, delivered to Nowra from the factory on the following Tuesday morning, was installed by that afternoon. The previous unit was installed by this company 17 years ago and it is remarkable that such a business still exists.
Simone's reassuring reception, Glen's exceptional explanation of the product and updated installation requirements, as well as competitive pricing, and Raph's and Andrew's incredibly efficient installation and pure plumbing professionalism, are all traits that are disappearing in this day and age. Sent technician and fixed our hot water system within a couple of hours. Gave an approximate cost which was very close. Technician diagnosed the problem within minutes. Very happy.

Your serviceman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in seconds, and then serviced the heater. The heater is now operating as new despite being 7 years old. The fee was very reasonable.

I don't usually give 5 Stars. But.we asked for a quote and got it the next day, which is unusual on the South Coast. Went to your showroom the next day booked in the fitting of our LPG gas plumbing and was shown the available heaters. The gas fitting was done on the day booked and done efficiently and without fuss. The experience was seamless and easy. Well done.

Technician arrived earlier than expected. He was very kind to my daughter. Fixed problem and was also very helpful. Charges were better than I was expecting and made a difficult situation so much less stressful. We now have a working oven and has made lockdown that little bit easier. Thank you would definitely recommend and will come back if ever needed again

We had our solar grid connect system installed recently and received excellent service from this company. They were organised, prompt and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Shoalhaven Hot Water and Elements.

Terrible service on 4 seperate occasions, rudest staff I’ve ever had the discomfort of dealing with, refused to come on days off work so constantly missing work to wait, then no one shows up. 4 months to get a dishwasher fixed after several attempts. Then have the Hyde to contact people leaving reviews and bully them to remove it. HERES A HINT, IF U DONT WANT BAD REVIEWS, DONT DO HAVE AWFULL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS! P.s dishwasher still missing, and after this review I fear we will never see it again. Worth it!

Organised for solar hot water service, as it was reccomended to get a service. Water was runnng out of release valve, Got told after 12pm but not sure what time in arvo, I was about to go out in the morning and they showed up at 10.30am. They were no longer then half an hour & they put an extra $80 on service as pressure valve was faulty.but i thought this would be part of the cost of $220. But this has solved the water leak and fixed the pressure and hot water but didn't like the way things were organised or expense.
