We had a massive water bill at my Mother's house so suspected a leak somewhere. Called a plumber (another mob) who had a cursory look around and said it was hot water system leak and solar panels were gone. I smelt a rat as it was very quick. Said I'd get back to them. I contacted Shoalhaven Hot Water on the Friday and they came on Monday. They had previously fixed leaks in the system and it was due for a service. Andrew the service guy went above and beyond what we expected and impressed my mother with his attention to detail. (which is no mean feat). Always responsive with friendly service team.

On Friday 23 December 2022 we noticed water leaking from the tap on our solar hot water service. A call to SHW&E had two technicians arrive that morning to fix the leak. They couldn't have provided better or more timely service, straight after major work at another site and immediately before they could go on Christmas leave. As an older couple, we are very appreciative of the care we received both from the technicians and the office staff at SHW&E. Thank you.

Hot water was not working and contacted SHW&E.
They had a technician to my house within an hour and installed a new element. I have also used them in the past to install a solar hot water system. Excellent service on both occasions.

This company is sure hot on following up and confirming things by text. I've even got next year's service booked in!

I did not like being chased for my payment when I'd paid it on the day of service.
Thee young man who did the service was excellent.

Technician attended quickly however he was not able to help me. He supplied me with a number to ring for someone else but unfortunately there was no answer so I had to go to another company.
