Absolute worst customer service. They wouldn't replace a body shaver that stopped working only 2 months after buying.

Worst customer service ever! My wife and I have been treated with disrespect because of a defected product that they wouldnt replace. The lady Irene was rude and didnt help at all! Avoid this place!

I got Remington IPL machine a few months ago and there was a defect in it. I called the warranty center and they told me to go to shavershop and replace it with a new product. However, the lady was very rude and didnt want to do so unless they take it and test it. So i called the warranty centre again and they had to deal with it because the shop was not helping. Its a very bad experience and worst customer service! Never coming back!

Please refrain from going into this store. I bought Oral-B Genius 9000 which costed me $180 from Shaver shop online store. I thought it had some battery problem and went to this store for getting it tested. Lady on the counter who said she is the store manager was busy with her stuff for more than 10 minutes. After finishing her work, I explained about my problem and she rudely told me to visit other store in Bankstown. The sheer ignorance in her reply was distressing. Please provide her some retraining on how to deal with the customers. Never again I am stepping in this store.

Worst place to shop at. They are not a fair seller. Sold me a substandard product and refused to replace within less than 24 hours of sales. See you in consumer forum.

If you want to be lied to about products shop here. I was sold two products a beard shaver and a head shaver. They both didnt work. The lady told me it was good to shave your cat, dog and rabbit. All I wanted them for was my partners beard. She told me 4 blades and would cut so close to the skin. It didnt. And the flippers for the hair didnt work.

In the return policy it mentions if a sales person has sold you something and it doesn't work the way they have said it would they would offer a refund.
That's a lie.

Instead the manager said he cant refund the item worth $389 but could for the $99. Obviously because he doesnt want to lose a large amount of money.

The lady laughed as i explained it and said I have no proof that it didn't work becayse i would go out of my way to return something that works.

End of story dont shop here.

They really need to lift their game. They don't care about customer service at all. If you looking to buy something from here expect to have arrogant staff. From how things are going there i feel like this place is not going to last long.

One of the girls there gives me a price I asked her if it's on sale and she is like no sorry bla bla and then I check their website and seen it for around 20 or 30 cheaper, when I told them about this they were like Aww well if it's on the website for that much you can have it for that price, seriously what the hell.

-5* Worst Customer Service ever. This lady who served me yesterday when asked about a laser product was so rude and so racist. First question she asked when inquiring abt a laser product was “oh! Is it for you!? You’re too dark.none of these products will work on you!

Never recommend this store to anyone!

Been there twice now over a period of 3 months and both time for different items and both items item not available and staff not helpful.

The shop’s manager is completely unprepared to deal with customers. I had the shaver ready to replacement, after already contacting the manufacturer directly, because she said it wasn’t covered under warranty, which turns out, actually was. After explaining everything over and over again, she just says to throw the shaver on the bin and buy an american one. Avoid this place.

The lady was extremely unhelpful and did not try to solve my issue. My shaver has 1 year warranty and 5 year blade warranty. I took it back to the shop and said it does not cut without pulling my hair every time. She said there's nothing I can do. I've only had it for 5 months so it's still covered. So rude and unhelpful. Don't shop here. Save yourself the pain.

Worst shavershop ever. The girl was so inpatient and rude. I went to buy a shaver and she treated us in a way she gets treated at home. Why spend money there?

The staff are rude and they don't care about customers. They gave me wrong advice at the time of purchase and when I returned to the shop the next day they behaved very unprofessionally!

I went to this shop asked for good quality shaver the lady showed shaver cost $190 and she said it is the best quality and Brand new shaver I paid n then opened the box right in from of her it seemed that it was used for more than a year. When asked the lady why it’s like that she was extremely rude n defending herself though she gave me a used product n being rude. These people are not being honest instead trying to betray people n I suggest no one to shop from this shop

These people are thief's and they will never give you refund no matter what the reason would be the owner is an Indian stingy guy and if you do lay-by from them they will make sure to charge double the price even their system updates to lower price.

STAY AWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

My worst ever customer service experience with the Manager in the Parramatta store on Friday 20/4/2018. She was rude, blunt and ignored me by walking straight out of the back and was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. This was the most unhelpful experience ever. Do not waste a cent in this store, you will regret it.

These people seem to have no idea what good customer care is. I went to ask information about claiming a warranty and the women their in a very rude manner told me that its none of thier business and I have to contact the manufacturer when I was actually following manufacturers instructions!
