Staff have no idea what they’re talking about. At least provide some basic training or hire someone who knows about shavers….

The staff can be real jerks, they're all smiles when they're trying to make a sale, but when you try to return something, they're all attitude.

Today I returned an item not working under warranty. Upon inspecting and noting it was faulty they exchanged the clippers immediately. No hassle and great customer service. Thanks team.

Sorry to say but the replacement spare parts delivered by this business are of very low quality. The Brau Foli/cut 92B ($91) failed after 7 months. The Shop-Owner indicated that he doesn't have warranty policy for such items.
The product is a health risk due to over heating when faulty.

Great customer service from Kristin and the team. I had an issue with my refund and Kristin took my case seriously eventhough there was some complication due to change of management. Thank you Kristin for your dedigation, hard work and good management, you are an asset for the company.

I didn't expect to receive $300 clippers with broken guides in the package but that's what's happened. Two stars from me. Baring in mind consumers have to wait longer for deliveries, I hope you intend to resolve this quickly.

Update: spoke with James from head office. He advised today that the store will send out the premium guide replacement via express post. Great service from James and the team. I'll let you know when they arrive.

Update: the new guides arrived within the week. It was a 2 star start but a 5 star recovery. Well done Shaver shop.

Just had a seamless warranty exchange for a toothbrush that I had bought from a different shaver shop store. Really happy at how quick and easy it was.

Bought a lamp mirror from this store, next day took it back because the lamp part of it wasn't working. Was told I couldn't get a refund because the "mirror part still works". Had to call head office who asked me to go to another store for the refund.

Ain’t the previous reviews written enough. Do I have to asd more! So a sign in coupon not accepted in store.what is the difference!? And when I wanted to do it there she said click and collect after 3 hrs!? Those retail shops with these circumstances, they really need to revise such things.now I changed my mind not to buy the product! What was the benefit from all of this! Also as other review said, many looking for jobs, hire sales representatives who can communicate and talk to customers politely.

Poor customer service. The lady Irene did nothing to help me, I had to call customer service instead because she decided not to follow her company policy on the receipt. Do not go to the store if you need help, you will be told to watch YouTube channels to learn how to use a clipper, as well as how many years experience as a hairdresser.
Bad leadership, teaching your junior staff to deal with customer service this way.

I just purchased Extreme Grip Hair clipper from The Shaver Shop Paramatta Westfield. After using both clippers once, I was not satisfied with the quality of the product. It did not trim my hair evenly I had to go over it 10times to still get an uneven cut.
I went back to the store to tell them I was not happy with the quality of the clippers and it was not doing it's purpose. I spoke to the manager there Irene, explained my situation, that I was not happy, the clippers did not work as I had expected. I asked for a refund or an exchange.
She took the clippers out of the box, tried to tell me I didn’t oil it properly and that my hair grew in different directions that’s why it was uneven. She even tried to trim my hand hair to show it was working.

Still not happy I asked for an exchange or refund, she said no, sorry we cannot do refund or exchange as she couldn’t find a fault with it, she then proceeded by telling me how many years of experience she had as a hairdresser, advised me to watch YouTube video clips to learn how to use them. Claiming that nothing was faulty with them and she will not provide me a refund or exchange as stated in the receipt.

I have been using clippers for the past 15 years I’ve never had this issue before. So I called customer care support explain my situation, Santo first apologised for this bad experience as the parramatta one is known for their bad reputation, owned by a franchisee who is able to make the rules & not abide by the terms and conditions. Santo then advised me to go to their corporate store at Wetherill Park (35 mins drive) for them to take care of this. He did mention that we could get a refund or an exchange. How it should have been dealt from the start.

I ended up exchanging it at Wetherill Park store, to a better clipper that Bill recommended who really lifted this bad costumer experience from Irene back up. I have to thank Bill and Harrison who really did a tremendous job!

I’m just very disappointed with Irene for making me uncomfortable, belittling me in front of customers and not dealing with it in a better manner. Stay away from the Paramatta store!

What’s wrong with these people? I don’t get it, there are so many young and kind people looking for a job but somehow this bald like woman, I think she was the manager, can find employment regardless of her extremely rude and disrespectful demeanour!

Absolutely shocking service. I wish all you to have a pleasant shopping experience elsewhere!

I went in to return things I bought online that went on sale the next day AND REPURCHASED. Proof of purchase and everything was in original condition. I was served by the rudest and most unhelpful lady IRENE! She lied to me saying she’d call head office then hung up and said no! I will never shop there again. DISGUSTING!

The customer service lady (white baldie lady) - she is so effing rude and does not know how to talk to customers. The company should not hire those kind of rude people for customer facing roles.

Returns & Exchanges

At Shaver Shop we believe we should offer the customer the best possible advice and customer service.  If something that you have purchased at Shaver Shop isn’t right or if you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return.

Returns Policy:

Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we can refund the purchase price or exchange products purchased at Shaver Shop subject to the following conditions:

- Returned within 21 days of purchase with your proof of purchase

- Item must be in original condition (including packaging) and not used

- Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind

If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.

Can someone explain why I confirmed this with store, product purchase 4 days ago, not opened, have receipt yet refused to refund?

Fair trading will have a field day with company. I know retail is struggling however you cant cheat your customers. You have your refund policy online.

Wish I could list 0 stars as an option for this store.my girlfriend bought my Xmas gift from the parramatta shop and was helped by the franchise owner of the store. My Girlfriend was told she would be able to receive a full refund in 21 days within proof of purchase on item in original condition however, upon returning to the store after change of mind, was met with hostility and rudeness by their Sunday staff. Staff continued to refuse to uphold the refund policy stating that as they are a franchise store, they don't do refunds, only store credits. Even though their website clearly states refunds are available.

Note: If they promise you a refund, get it in writing and have staff member sign OR go to another store.

They so uncommitted, I bought Remington laser removal hair, the girl work there said I can returne if I wouldn’t be happy with, the machine burning my skin when I back after few days to retune it she ask me fill some form and go to post office and back to manufacture! And she insist I told you it’s how we process and it’s all lie, she never mention it, I post it by myself and paid 22$ for post and I have to wait they send me check and Who know how long it takes!
