Amazing! This wonderful concept for a health centre brings so many of my favorite healing modalities all together. Yoga, massage and chiropractic all in one space - who could ask for more? Every member of staff is professional, polite and so friendly. I don’t live in Sydney any longer but come back for my regular treatments with this incredible team. Thank you Selph for creating such a beautiful, relaxing and healing space.

One of my favourite yoga studios in Sydney. Amy and the yoga team are some of the best teachers in the Sydney area. The yoga space is so warm and both the classes and teachers are authentic, caring and approachable. I’ve also had some of the best Chrio treatments I’ve ever had by Evan who was extremely caring and thorough with his chriro and NET treatments. Rima also gives a wonderful remedial massage. I couldn’t recommend this healing space highly enough.
The services are exception! I’ve been to yoga and had a massage and each time I am more and more impressed. The staff are really friendly as well!
The Selph space is really beautiful, and instantly relaxing. A really easy straight forward booking process for my prenatal massage, and wonderful customer service when I had questions. I will definitely be a regular as really enjoyed my massage!

I cannot recommend SELPH enough.from the space which makes you feel calm and welcome to the wonderful staff and practitioners. I regularly see Rima for massage and Evan for Chiropractic sessions.both are extremely professional and friendly who take their time to create treatments which are suited to my personal needs. This is nothing like your regular clinic its AMAZING!
