I have been a client of Gina's for many years and she really helped me through the different changes to my body from pregnancy and the stress of motherhood. I am so grateful for her knowledge, professionalism, and treatments. She has helped me and all my children achieve a sense of balance and health. We always feel refreshed after our appointments with her in the calming space at Selph.

I was weary of seeing a Chiropractor because of the back cracking and all the other things that I'd heard about other practitioners however Gina was fantastic.
She is very professional, thorough, caring and explains everything. She listens intently to what you have to say and explains the treatment that she believes will help you. Every since she has been treating me I have my motion and flexibility back.
I cannot recommend her enough and the space at Selph is so zen from the minute you arrive you are so very well looked after.
Go and see her you will not regret it.

Love coming to Selph for the yoga and Pilates. It is such a beautiful calm space and the teachers are so helpful and encouraging. I also see the Chiropractor for back and neck issues. Selph has really helped me have a holistic view on my health and wellness. Highly recommended.

Okay massage, not the best I’ve had. Staff seem hit or miss. Can get better and cheaper in the area. Nice vibe/area tho.

It's modern, holistic, with fantastic staff and parking near by at the Cannery. I've followed Gina and Evan here because they are just so good at what they do.

Dropped in to pick up some skincare products and the feng shui of the space is amazing. I entered as a yoga class was finishing up, and overheard high praise. I'll be back here for the meditation classes.

These are some of the best teachers I have experienced in Sydney. Every class I have attended has been well thought out, lighthearted and I always feel cared for. Stunning space too! I love the crystals in the yoga room and the teams friendly vibe.

What a beautiful space with everything you need! Selph has it all including yoga, massage, acupuncture, nutrition and even some top end natural products for purchase. This place is a 5* one stop shop for everything you need. I would high recommend the yoga & nutrition.

Beautiful and serene vibe at Selph. The staff are lovely, Jemma gave me a tour around the venue and explained in detail what Selph offered to its customers. Definately recommend.

Steph is amazing teacher. Her Monday night Evolve classes are one of the highlights of my week.
