I got a massage here and my masseuse was quite ill, she coughed and sniffled her way through the treatment. She admitted she was unwell towards the end of the treatment. When I spoke to the front desk about it afterwards, they apologised and said they were so busy, they’d had to put sick staff on. Really poor form, considering the nature of their business is wellness based on human contact, and you can’t trust you won’t be exposed to contagious illness, and whether the staff are being looked after or not.
