Great remedial massage with hot stones. The menthol oil near the end helped clear my sinuses too. The masseuse was attentive to my upper back, as per my request, and I can really feel it today

Absolutely shocking customer service. One hour before my massage they called me to delay my massage by 30mins. There were two of us getting massages but they refused to delay the other person in the booking instead making them wait which would have been 50mins. The two of use to come here every week and spend $300 a week. We will NEVER go back again! Zero service to loyal customers. The woman on the front desk is the rudest human I’ve ever come across!

I usually come here for all of my massages and leave feeling super relaxed and "reborn". The place is clean and staff are friendly. My appointment was running a bit late yesterday but hasn't always been the case!

I have been here a couple times before and honestly believe that the massages are of a mediocre standard. Both times it felt as though there was no intention to the massage such as getting out knots, and was just about rubbing. I got an anti stress massage for the specific reason it targets head/neck/face stress however they spent the least amount of this time on this area, despite me explicitly saying that I wanted it to be the target area due to holding lots of stress there. The masseuse left the room twice suddenly, on one occasion came back with hot towels however it would have been better to be alerted to the reason they were leaving so it didn’t feel so sudden. The next day I was still feeling a lot of tension in these areas. The decor is nice however you can hear loud walking on the wooden floors and talking outside whilst getting a massage.

Terrible massage waste of money! I had a Deep tissue Massage. Masseuse was very week, I asked her to go harder twice and nothing changed. I left so angry as I felt like I paid for a 90 minute tickle. Still extremely tight and sore. I won't be coming back.

The remedial massage was brilliant. I have a great 60mins full body treatment. My only feedback is when the masseuse leaves the room to get the hot stones and towels, she didn’t say anything so it was a little abrupt. I worked out what she had gone for when she came back! Will definitely come back

Although I had a weak sports massage on Saturday, a waste of time and money. 1 in 5 is disappointing the rest are excellent.

Best massage. I come here every 2 weeks to get my physical health sorted. Professional, clean and very nice staff. I recommend booking as they get pretty busy. ‍️

Inconsistent massage techniques, repetitive back massage movement, unprofessional and amateur skills. She massaged certain needed areas of my neck for 3 seconds and moved on. Everything about it was very unprofessional. Never going again. I also gained a headache half way through the massage and was feeling unwell laying down. I've had many massages and this is the first time it has happened. Disappointed.

This place is my favorite massage shop in sydney. Friendly sevice and clean facilities and most of all they have really skilled massus.
