For 3 years I've tried to buy a property, always getting outdone by other buyers dealing with sellers agents and their games I decided to try to get buyers agent. Once when I met Frank I found out right away he was honest and down to earth and looking only after his customers, I found a unit I loved and was going to go to auction in 3 weeks. I can't recommend Frank highly enough. We had never considered a buyers agent before and thought it to be too expensive or unnecessary but he has proved us wrong. The market has been tough with very little stock and Frank's input was invaluable and very much great value. He was always available, a great communicator and most importantly took the time to get to know us to refine what we were looking for. What I liked about Frank initially was that his retainer was very low compared to the others we'd spoken to so he was willing to back himself to get us a result with a low risk to us.
