29We had a NSW Spotted Gum timber floor installed and finished by SE Timber, Drummoyne. We were very happy with the final result.
This business is very unprofessional so on March 5th took off early from work & lost money just to go to a interview for them to tell me they were gonna call me back in a couple days we’ll it’s now March 13th & still haven’t heard from them. I had someone tell me that they hired someone for the position I applied for. I’m very very disappointed & espcially in the pay. Thank you ️ Have a wonderful day.
Was a returning customer but after having an email confirmation for quote, no one turned up and when I rang to find out what was happening, no return call to set up another time or to even apologise.
Not returning now, plenty of good shutter business out there to choose from!
We had a good professional experience with SE Floors in Drummoyne. We were allowed to bring samples home. Once we decided to go ahead, the floor was installed 4 days later and the job was done well.

Walked in on Sat morning. Staff was busy. Served someone else who arrived before me. In addition to it she was uninterested, unhelpful, didn't have the brochure I wanted. Gave me the bad looks when I asked questions. Just very unpleasant experience!
Manager is rude and when she talks to you it's like she can't be bothered I would of spent 20,000 as my apartment is big and I even called last week to follow up on the quote she was going to send me, and still waiting it's been 3 weeks and still no quote and she was rude when I called to ask about it.
