Do not purchase flooring of this company, ordered a very large quantity of flooring and had nothing but problems. Dishonest and misleading company

Do not use this company.
I paid in full for for a large quantity of timber flooring after confirming stock.
I then received feeble excuses and lies for 3 months why it can’t be delivered.
I then demanded a refund which didn’t happen until I engaged a lawyer. Nearly six months since I paid and I just got my money back today. Less legal fees.
Be warned.

Venessa is rude. They stole materials from our site and despite us catching them on camera, at first they denied it. Later she admitted the theft and returned the materials (also have the admission on camera). Now the works have defects as a couple of floor boards have started to lift. Venessa has blamed this on us and said it is due to sunlight coming through the windows and has refused to fix it - hmmmm.
Very dodgy and would recommend everyone steer clear. Next time I see Vanessa, will be at the NCAT hearing

SE Timber Drummoyne did a great job with my floor. The contact person, Vanessa was very helpful and proved extemely experienced. She guided me through the selection process and provided me with quotes for the options I was considering. The installation team were professional and helpful. Vanessa visited our place and promised a same-day quote for wooden flooring in our kitchen. After email requests and reminder phone calls to them, we still haven't received any quote (now almost three weeks later). A fortnight after the site visit, when I contacted her for the second time to remind her about our quote, she claimed that the delay was because she was waiting on their contractor's quote for removing the existing slate. To make things simpler, we requested a quote for the installation of the wooden floor only (assuming we would arrange for the removal of the slate ourselves). She assured us it would be with us by COB that day. Still no quote a week later. We were hoping for more prompt, efficient and responsive communication, so we won't be using this business. A shame, as others have written glowing reviews about their product and installation.
