The team at Schwarz and in particular Christina were fantastic. They are always responsive, organised and understanding. Finally a real estate agent that treats you like a human!

I met Cranston Schwarz almost 10 years ago when my wife and I engaged Cranston for an appraisal of our Northern Beaches property. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, informative, understanding and more than helpful. We did not end up selling at that time and Cranston continued to keep in touch and keep us updated, at our request, as we had moved interstate. When the time finally came to sell our property, there was no one else in our minds for the job. We phoned Cranston and he was honest and upfront about the market in an extremely difficult and unprecedent time. He was never pushy and gave us the confidence to move forward amid immense uncertainty. Cranston and his team took care of everything and handled the situation, and all parties involved, with incredible sensitivity and care. He achieved an outstanding result for us very quickly and all within one of the toughest economic and health challenges our country has faced. I highly recommend Cranston Schwarz and his team to anyone looking to sell.

Our apartment was sold quickly and at a very good price. Cranston and Hannah were very professional, friendly and thorough. Hannah's presentation was excellently prepared and very effective. We were always advised of any developments in the negotiations promptly and would highly recommend this agency.

Schwarz managed our investment property as a rental for a number of years and also sold our property for us. It was seamless and we were very happy with the outcome and service all the way through.

Beyond disappointed - I have never experienced such poor customer service with a Real Estate agency until now. They don't answer their phone lines. When they do call, they are passive aggressive.

I reported a leaking roof and window sills, and it took three weeks before I received a response (after having to follow up myself). You will have to follow up with everything as they are not capable of doing this themselves.

Leaking windows and roof led to mould (SURPRISE)! They were unable to rectify the mould exposure.

I continued to pay rent despite not living at the premises, putting me at HUGE financial risk. They don't care, after all I am just a number to them right?

In addition to all of this, I had requested reduced rent because one of the rooms was not inhabitable. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THIS.

Would not recommend using Schwarz if you are a looking to rent out your property or if you a tenant looking for a new space.

Joanne Ferguson managed this rental property for many years and was always very responsive in dealings with us. Cranston and his team managed the sale of the property recently and was clear, concise and accurate in his communications with us throughout.

I have been dealing with Hannah and the Schwarz Real Estate team for years. 10 / 10. They go above and beyond. Highly professional, I would not go anywhere else.

Be aware, this agency since the first time we got the lease gave us a hard time. We are very disappointed with the way the treated us. At first they gave us the unit super dirty with all the blinds falling apart. We made lots of complains and they didn’t care, just solve half of the blinds 5 months after we were living in the unit. But the cherry on the of the ice cream was now when we passed the lease to a couple friends of us. We paid cleaners and carpet cleaners and the agent Hannah Carney who was very DISRESPECTFUL, tried to intimidated me more than once, she said the unit was dirty, and decided to take some money from my bond. When the unit was clearly clean. I went on the weekend to help my friends and couldn’t see any difference in there on how I left it 2 days before.
So definitely thinking twice before going with this real state again. I would never go back to them.
