We couldn’t recommend the Schwarz real estate team more, it’s clear that the company and the agents truly care and want to help. My partner Brandon and I have been looking for a rental in the Manly area as we’re relocating back here from Auckland, NZ. Rosie has been absolutely phenomenal at communicating with us about the Schwarz rentals available and has gone above and beyond to help us. Finding a rental is so tough and to be overseas while doing it is even tougher, the Schwarz team have made this so much easier for us. We haven’t been successful yet but I am so hopeful knowing there are agents who care and go above and beyond for people, like Rosie. Have to give a big shout out to Cranston and members of the team at Schwarz Real Estate. The team have been managing my mum's until for over 15 years and we have found everyone to be incredibly professional - from the excellent advertising campaigns to attract the right tenant match, the timeliness of alerting us to any issues or maintenance requirements to expertise to guide on matters. In recent years, Nicola has been excellent and her communication and ability to coordinate and respond to issues is to be commended. It has been such a pleasure working with her.

We purchased a property thrugh Schwartz RE a couple month ago and I must say both my husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and integrity, both Steve and Cranston worked with us thrugh the whole process.
Without being overzealous, but confident and respectful, they have worked with ourselves and the vendor to achieve a great outcome for both parties. Very accommodating with numerous requests for inspections, managing the tenants and assisting us with easy access to the property for trades and builders.
Steve is very knowledgeable of the area backed up with years of experience in the field as well as in the property development side of things. He has given us some valuable guidance in terms of future potential and things to consider for the redevelopment of the property.
Truly couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable buying process which can be rare.

We are now continuing the relationship with SCHWARTZ property management team who are looking after the rental of the house until we are ready to move to the next stage of the property renovation.

Poor communication and customer service - to think I was going to use Scharwz Real Estate Agents as the managing agent of the property. Definitely dodged a bullet here.

Following inspection of the property I made an offer which was rejected by the vendor. I then made a higher offer which was also rejected by the vendor. Following the offer I was advised by the agent the vendor would be pulling the property off the market given the lack of interest. 10 days later I was contacted by the real estate agent advising the vendor would be open to accepting the original offer. This offer was formally accepted and I received confirmation from Cranston via email. However my request for a cooling off period or a finance clause in the contract was declined by the agent. I transferred the deposit in anticipation of signing the contract. Following further discussions the decision was made to wait until finance had been officially confirmed before signing the contract. Given the lack of interest in the property after it had been on the market for 2 months it was prudent to conduct a property valuation in conjunction with the bank approval. Cranston was asked to send the deposit back in the meantime.

While waiting for the bank approval I was in constant contact with the Cranston keeping him updated on the progress.

Once approval was received I messaged Cranston to organise a time to sign the contract. I received no response. The next day I called multiple times. After finally getting hold of Cranston on Friday he advised the property was sold to another buyer earlier that week with a higher offer. Not only did Cranston fail to communicate this with me when the offer was made and accepted by the vendor but he failed to make any attempts at sending my deposit back over the weeks it was held in his trust…!

When Cranston was asked how much the offer was he advised the property had not been officially sold and would not disclose the amount. I was only told that it was “much much higher” than my deposit. The tone was rude and condescending. I was not given any opportunity to make a counter offer and Cranston made absolutely no attempts to return my deposit after being asked and after being advised of the counter offer earlier that week.

Cranston displayed a lack of professionalism and no communication regarding the sale of the property following my offer being accepted. I will never use Scharwz in the future and will not be recommending to my friends and family.

There are absolutely no excuses for the poor customer service and communication displayed by Cranston.

Cranston and his team were amazing during my purchase. They were always contactable, on the ball, easy to communicate with and super friendly. They accommodated me on a number of requests without hesitance.

Very easy to work with, professional and effective. We bought our current rental property through Cranston, and have had his team manage the property for the last 3 years. In that time I have been constantly impressed with the professionalism and initiative they apply to making the landlord's life easy and - equally importantly - keeping our tenant happy. So we had no doubt the Schwarz team would do a good job of selling our home, and they didn't disappoint. Dom and Cranston provided great communication, and effectively managed the campaign, to the point that we received an offer above expectations and were able to sell pre-auction. A great outcome, and about as stress-free as a selling campaign can be. Highly recommend, for both sales and leasing.

Dom - poor communication, poor knowledge of process and poor attitude. Made what should of been an exciting time in my life extremely stressful and upsetting. Unethical behaviour and would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic agent when coming to leasing out my property. Super proactive, detailed and friendly service and well managed for 5 years.

They sold my unit during the pandemic boom, and Cranston managed this with limited input from me as I was dealing with a family emergency and almost pulled it, but Cranston managed well without me. Price was good, on reflection could have made more, but crazy times ‍️

Maybe not best to rate on sale experience as was impacted with other events during the sales process (discovered our child had cancer - she’s recovered now), but to manage your property as a rental, couldn’t recommend higher

My partner and I leased a property in Freshwater for three years. We've been followed from the agent Hannah who was very professional since we moved in. I had a very good experience with Schwarz, the agents were always helpful and available when we had to move out and also once we left the property.
I definitely recommend Schwarz if you are looking for a professional and reliable real estate.

Schwarz real estate has been super efficient and has made this year of renting go so smoothly! Our rental agent, Gila has been amazing and made us feel so comfortable and at ease with everything!

Great experience leasing for the first time - dealt with Dom who was very good at guiding us through the process. Showed a real interest in finding the right tenants for us, and gave frequent communication throughout to keep us in the loop. Smooth transition over to Gila who is our property manager now the tenants are secured.

I can’t speak highly enough of the caring support and exemplary service that the team at Schwarz provided to me. I was selling my mum’s place after she passed away and Domenic’s understanding of how overwhelmed I felt with all I need to achieve was obvious when he took the responsibility of dealing with many tasks needed for putting the place on the market. Figuratively, he held my hand through the difficult time.
Cranston’s marketing campaign was so effective that I decided to bring the auction forward a week and the outcome was one that I was extremely happy with.
