Again I feel welcomed and seated straight away for my appointment. I decided on changing from my purple tresses to a nice chocolate brunette colour. With the help of Bec we decided on the colour and she got to work.
Love the new colour I can't wait to wear my hair out again now!

I wasn’t happy with my keratin extensions, then I had conversed back and forth with the owner Tracey who had offered me to come in and get a replacement full head of tapes, and this time they are perfect, beautiful colour match and blending and there not irritating on my scalp, thank you ladies x

They really listen to your needs and the end result turns out great because it aligns with what you actually asked for. They take the time to get it right and make you feel really welcome! Got tape extensions done at the Penrith salon, the first time I had the full head done the lady (redhead) was fantastic and explained the process very clearly.

However when I came to get the extensions retaped I had a younger blonde lady who was very rough and unfriendly making the whole process very uncomfortable. She also left a lot of sticky residue in my hair which hasn’t budged after 3 weeks.

Even though I apply the recommended oil on the hair every day at least once the hair is incredibly dry and has thinned out heaps (I understand the natural hair fall) but after 3 weeks of retaping I wouldn’t expect it to look so ratty (I have followed all the factsheet rules and have been very careful with the extensions) bought the shampoo and condition with the oil and the hair is still dry.
