OMG I love this salon. I walked out tonight feeling amazing because my hair has never looked this good. I walked in and the girls made me feel so comfortable and were so welcoming. I would give more stars if I could. Would highly recommend Sassy Me.

Drove 45 minutes to get my full head and a half of tape extensions, I did wait awhile for someone to begin my hair appointment, in which they state, be on time or they can cancel and to avoid disappointment. Which is unfair when I was the one waiting. Further more I was offered advice and staff said a 2 tone colour would blend in nicely so I kindly agreed. Whilst one staff member started my hair another staff had to finish her work as they were juggling client's. I wish whoever started the job should finish it, to know what was done and how to continue in pattern. I could see during the process how easily the tape extensions were coming off when staff member was replacing the positioning a couple times, which I found problematic, as I've been getting tape extensions done for years in other salons. Once completed I was shown in the mirror the final outcome, at first I was ok with it. I paid alot of money for the service over $500 only to go out that late afternoon for dinner having friends comment that you could definitely see were my hair was prominently and hair extensions looking like a mullet, being thin and not covering my hair correctly, not to mention how embarrassed I was to notice the extentions were sliding out one by one just by walking to the bathroom and sitting having dinner my friend was literally sliding them out. I was so embarrassed even a staff member picked one up off the floor. I did reach out Sassyme to have them re-taped and an appointment was made but I sat home and got really upset that I have to drive another 45 minutes sit wait around have them re-taped as 80% of the extentions came out and not only that the quality of the hair is so thin the thinnest quality I've ever seen which is definitely a cheaper quality and batch from china as I have sourced out many wholesalers myself and know alot of knowledge about extensions. I want a full refund and I don't want to waist my time driving there to put the same rubbish back in my hair. I will take the hair to get analysised and Fairley priced according to quality. My tape extensions were in for less then 4 hours. Absolutely depressing.

I've been coming to Sassy Me for past 3 years, and never have been disappointed. Always very happy with the results. The ladies are amazing and always friendly. I get my hair done by Shelly, and it's always the best. Absolutely recommend

Hi my name is Daniela I have been going to sassy me for the past 12 years, they have wonderful staff, who are polite, kind and very professional, they are great at all the work they do and I always feel welcome when I arrive! They also have great prices and listen to cater to your needs! I highly recommend sassy me!

Worst hair experience i’ve had. One my first appointment the hair styling cut nearly half my hair away without telling me (i couldn’t see on the mirror) and she kept pulling my hair really hard. The team had me come back for them to fix the situation but they just added hair and now my hair is too short to blend. See second photo the quality of the beads are so bad - the black tint of the bead is fading! What is this! It looks like i have dandruff or something but it’s just the bead!

Went to sassy me last month and got a full head and a half of tape in extensions.
So happy with how they have turned out and how confident I feel with my hair again.
These ladies are my go to from now on.
Finally finding a salon you’re happy with means a lot.

Definitely 5 stars for the service. Was so good. Remove procee was been done so gentle and soft no pulling out my hair at all，hair quality is good. Staffs are so kind and patient. I am so happy with the result. The got professional option on your hair for sure.

First time I ever got hair extensions and it was such a good experience! The ladies were all so lovely and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. I had been wanting to do it for so long but was scared about the results. Im so happy I went to Sassy Me. I love my hair! And have received so many compliments from friends and family. If you’re still thinking whether you should get the extensions or not…I say do it now!

Was told the extensions are 22 inch I’ve been coming here for years to find out that they are 20 inch, very disappointed.

Amazing staff! Got my extensions done today, very happy with it! Rebecca is excellent in her job. Didn't get bored for a second. Rebecca was putting the extensions on while communicating. Excellent customer service! Highly recommended.
