What a horrible experience, never ever EVER again!
If you do decide walk into that pathetic establishment and you hear them say, 'I give you special price', RUUUUUUUN!
It's been 3 months since I bought bathroom supplies and was just only told today one of the items they had forgotten to order, 'Oh, but it's on the ship today, you'll get it in 2 months'. This is after receiving the wrong toilet 3 times, 'have this one its double the price, it will fit', all the wrong tapware which had to be refunded and a custom made shaving cabinet was delivered with the wrong measurements, 'bring it back, we will refund you the money', so I brought it back only for them to take a 30% surcharge amounting to $330, 'oh but it is custom made, we have to charge you 30% surcharge for returning, can't you read the receipt', but you delivered my custom made cabinet with the wrong measurements, 'not our problem'. YES it is your problem!
YES, read all the other 1 star reviews, it's all correct, wish I had done so.
My wife went overseas for 1 month and I thought I'd surprise her with a new bathroom, I just can't believe I'm still waiting for my supplies 3 months later; Claire, if you ever read this I'm sorry for the upset, I promise I'll sort it out soon.
Well, there you have it, what more can I say!
Look, there are people dying out there, sick and living in poverty and this is just a bathroom reno after all, but if I ever do get my 30% surcharge back I promise to donate it to charity.

I had a great experience shopping in this store. It can be complicated when it comes to bathroom selections. Luckily we met with Roger one of the friendly staff in the store, he listens to our needs and explained in details what suits us in price and quality. It made us comfortable and bought something on the spot.

Also this store has lots of different designs and good quality bathroom ware. It suits all types and price is very reseasonble. Highly recommended.

Had the best experience ever. Natalie knew exactly what she was talking about and all we needed to do was give her our vision of what we wanted along with our budget and she along with the help of Roger bought that vision to life. Stay away from this place. Dealt with the rudest most arrogant owner called George. They promised to have our order ready you turn out to the shop and they tell you, we don't have it. Instead of solving the matter they curse you and tell you to wait till the end of the month or get whatever is in the shop. At the beginning they are very welcoming advised me that I could change the order around and when I came back to say that I dont want the basin he made a big deal for $200 wasted my one hour and when I told him that there's nothing I like in the shop he says that's your problem. When I asked him to fix my problem he turns around and saya I AM BUSY. REALLY? I don't understand how these people still run a business in this country. Save your money and time and don't come to this place. It's untrustworthy, they are rude, arrogant and greedy.

Don't got there! Horrible people! Please read ALL the reviews! They are welcoming at the start promising you everything you want. But once you give them money, its all over! They forget that you are a customer and treat you like dirt. You get passed around on the phone. They lie and make up stories. There is always an excuse and a story. They have illegal terms and conditions and when you ask for a manger, you get a part partner called HANY who doesn't treat you as a human being! He will curse at you; Yell and let you know that its his way or the highway! He is the rudest person I've ever met! Its amazing how these people still run a business in this country! Save yourself time and money!

Great prices and service. Much more helpful than the big bathroom places or Bunnings and their prices are better too. Have been getting my bathroom fittings and vanities there for 25 years in all my homes. They deliver free locally and even ship to queensland where I now live. Love those guys!:)

I want to thank Sannine Bathrooms especially Dani with the exceptional service and professionalism the provided to us. From planning, designing our beautiful bathroom right up to delivering our items in time and within our budget. HORRIBLE customer service. Only go here if you do not value your time and money. False promises, wasted effort and constant back and forth has left me shocked. Initial sales pitch was great. Waiting time for stock was ridiculous and agreed inital price was false. Do not go here!

These guys are dodgy. Don't buy from them. In addition to returning products with a whopping 30% surcharge! Family run business with rude and disrespectful staff (Carol) who are good at selling and that's it!

Have never, ever experienced service as horrible as Sannine Bathrooms. They are a pathetic excuse for a business and are nothing more than CON ARTISTS who will get your order completely wrong then turn around and say "this is your fault" even though they wrote down and ordered the INCORRECT item and will refuse to rectify THEIR mistake. Their staff is rude, arrogant, selfish and unreasonable. NEVER EVER purchase from this place they will do nothing but get your order wrong and do NOTHING to rectify the issue THEY created. The "owner" George was a rude and condescending and greedy old man who does not care at all about his customers, staff or reputation.he even had the audacity to suggest that his staff member who wrote the incorrect style number on the order form "pay for the item himself or loose his job". He is a greedy, rude old man and I hope that no one treats him or his family how he has treated us. TERRIBLE is the only word. STAY AWAY

We flip houses for a living and I beg you not to use these guys.

Go right next store and speak to Brett at Harvey Norman who couldn"t have been more helpful.
