Natalie was certainly helpful and knowledgeable. I found the right vanity for the right price. Several payment options made payment easy and pick up was quick. Good selection of materials and great customer service.

We purchased bathroom items and were very happy with the level of service provided. The after service is exceptional.

This place is just FABULOUS! I had been to every bathroom-supply place you could imagine before finding this place, and everything started to look the same.then I found Sannine:) I walked in and I was in dream land! It was SO refreshing to find unique and stunning vanities (and other bathroom supplies), and there were plenty of options to choose from. Danny (the owner) was also super helpful with an urgent bathroom supply issue I had (thank you!), he's also great laugh. A wonderful family business with many years experience (50+), friendly service, and a great range of products. Wish I found this place sooner!

We buy our first bathroom renovation product at Sannine Bathroom we like it their products and we order it
Waited for 6 week due to custom make products same time we read some negative review from their web site worry us. Especially we brought from George (Owner) but we are wrong George was so good to me and my wife and good advice and good knowledge of products and some of products from his store you won’t find it in even top design bathroom showroom.
So we finished our first bathroom and next day we ordered for another 2 bathroom products and all done in within one week now we had all beautiful bathroom done thank you Sannie Bathrooms. Even some of my friends looking for products like us and we telling then go to Sannine. Bathroom
(for us we ordered pay only 20% until the day stock arrive at my home for delivery and check all the stock and pay the rest so no other issues). Before you buy check carefully for what you order because 30% restock fee may be higher to returned some stock due to some of products are custom make.

These people actually know what they are talking about. Very professional service and also great products. I got the assistance and advice that I needed. They didn’t always recommend the dearest product. I would have no hesitation recommending Sannine to anyone.

As the other reviews also indicate - 1/5 stars.

Expect expensive prices - luckily I negotiated this down despite their aggressive sales approach (try stores along suburbs such as Campsie or Alexandria. Or Bathroom Sales Direct).

Also expect poor customer service. After ordering a few products (including a bathtub) I was given an ETA of 2 weeks. I waited 8 weeks for the products to arrive. However, upon arrival there was a scratch on the bathtub. I realised that Roger (son of the owner) had written 'display product' on the invoice and tried to blame me for purchasing a bathtub on 'display'. So I questioned him and George (the owner) and why it took 8 weeks to then deliver a display product?

I did not accept it and refused to pay the full amount.

It turned out that both Roger did in fact try to sell me a display product without letting me know. George apologised for trying to sell me a product on display and offered to 'fix' the bathtub by buffing it. Note: when they offer to repair a scratch, they will not use a buff machine. Instead, they use a hand towel and a $3.95 bottle of Jif cream from Woolworths (as seen below).

After 2 minutes of scrubbing he gave up and offered partial store credit. Again, I refused to pay the full amount and after 2 hours of watching the staff running around pretending to do work, they offered me a refund for the bathtub.

I do not recommend going here and I hate to give any business a 1 out of 5 star review.

We are very happy to give Sannine Bathrooms a 5 out of 5 for customer service.
My husband and I have visited their showroom twice in the last 2 weeks and the customer service and patience with our decision making regarding the purchase of a sink and tap was exceptional.

I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING!
At the time of purchasing staff are very friendly and willing to help. As soon as you have bought and have an issue with the item, they start treating you very badly. Even if it is an issue caused by them by delivering the incorrect item and god forbid you say something to them, they start becoming rude, abusive and condescending. Simple mistake has a simple solution but these guys are ridiculous and not willing to help easily. I can’t believe they are in business. Worst experience ever! Never buying from them again.

Staff who know their products & can give you great, easy to understand advice. Prices are very competitive

Awful experience, employees were not helpful at all and made rude remarks under their breath. They treat you like a joke here.

Absolutely appalling service! No transparency when coming to return a faulty item - rather find every excuse not to help out!
