The best property manger I have -Tania Tabart. She is very professional and efficient and dedicated. I have full trust in her managing my investment property in ger capable hands.

This is as a renter. During my tenancy I would have given them 5 stars. Always responsive for when things went wrong & played things by the book 100%. The only dodgy thing they did was make out a lease renewal would be in my favour. They always try and make you renew more than any other agent I've been with before. This may not be in your best interest. Call their bluff and they wont kick you out. Your better not to be on a lease unless you know with 100% certainty you will be there for the fixed term.

It really hit the fan when we left. I handed in the keys and they queried why I didn't hand in a set and if I could come in. I came in to give them the reason and told them they were for the back garage that had been bulldozed by the land lord during our tenancy. The rental property manager berated me in front of the receptionist and other clients which I found very unprofessional. It was no big deal from my point of view and I mailed them the keys to the non existant garage shortly after. The issue is it could have been done with politeness and professionalism.

She then publicly berated me about having rubbish in our council bins which had been put out ready for council clean up *before* the new tenants checked in. I had already cleared it with her earlier but she changed her tune. I arranged neighbours to bring the bins in before the new tenants started their lease.

During the time we left the landlord was undertaking extensive rebuilds on a granny flat out the back. To my knowledge this was not communicated to new tennants. At least I heard no mention of it in advertising or when they checked out the place.

Finally they attempted to charge us amongst other things in damage for a rusted bathroom drain. They backed off from this and other things when I went to fair trading and went as nice as pie. If they attempt to charge you for similar definitely go to fair trading.

We own a place now and its just lovely not having to deal with real estate agents.

Disappointing management and service from agent Josephine. Not as advanced as other companies in the shire, would not recommend.

Excellent - the Agent, Andrew Bloom, took the time to know what we were looking for, instead of many other agents how just didnt listen and showed us places not suitable to our needs or wants. We would recommend Andrew to anybody looking to buy or sell - Lynne n David

Terrible property management. John has absolutely no management skills what so ever. 0/10 would not recommend.

Having dealt with many other Agents in the Shire buying and selling properties over the years, Sanders stand well above the others and truly shine in comparison. I do not often see such enthusiasm, integrity, professionalism and passion which is clearly reflected in the award winning results they achieve. You could not be in better hands.

Would highly recommend Sanders Property Jannali for all your buying, selling and renting needs. Andrew Mills is a fantastic sales agent - very friendly, easy to approach and knowledgable. Josephine is an excellent Property manager - takes pride and care with your properties and goes over and above to meet your needs. My spouse and I have sold two units recently with Sanders and they have managed the tenants.

In my view, Sanders has always been a 5 Star Company, they have been in the Shire for decades, I have found them to be a proactive business, friendly staff and always accommodating with any request, and they do it all with a smile. As a property investor, I have always found the service to be of a high standard, good communication and excellent knowledge of the local market. They really do set the benchmark in the real estate sector. Keep up the good work Sanders.

Well I can now see why they have some poor reviews nice people and they try to be helpful but the communication thing is very lacking we have left multiple messages between me and my wife and the agent regarding a property for lease and we were having trouble with the website accepting id information and I call back a 4th time today only to be told there is an approved application very disappointed it seems no one in there office talks to each other: (
