Emma from Sanders did a wonderful job managing my rental property. She was quick to respond to any enquires, kept meticulous records, and ensured my property was handed back to me in great condition.

The individuals that work for this company are sneaky, untrustworthy and incredibly rude.

I recently had the displeasure of having to deal with Polly who epitomised the above statements.

Stayed more than a year in one of their properties in Jannali. They were ok at the beginning but very dodgy in the end, especially after final inspection.

Do not chose Sanders. They do not check the tenants comments in the condition report but instead blame the tenant for everything once you exit the property.

They have well arranged system of scam involving landlords. Sanders will accuse tenants for not maintaining the property and then offer their own cronies that will do maintenance job, after which they will issue the invoice on landlord’s name so he can claim the tax via ATO. You pay of course, the landlords claim the money.

I have reported this scam to the ATO. ATO will inspect this for sure.

Do not rent your house through this agent! I can not express enough the heartache you will go through if you decide to believe this real estate agency.
We thought they were great as an agency (and Andrew Bloom IS!) however, their rental team are a disgrace.
We trusted our beautiful home in Jannali with this team (Polly) and we were left with thousands of dollars of damages to fix.only to be told. It is wear and tear!
Holes is the walls, burn marks on the timber floors, ripped blinds, carpet pulls (beyond repair) and chips out of the kitchen cabinetry. NOT ONE CENT WAS TAKEN FROM THE BOND.
Seriously? We never expected to be belittled and out of pocket like this. We have dreamt with many agent with rentals and NONE have ever had the responses that this agent had.

Absolute lifesavers! The team at Jannali yesterday took my desperate phone call when I was stuck outside my apartment after locking my keys in, meaning I also couldn’t leave the garage in my car to get to an appointment. They sent a couple of the nicest girls out to meet me with keys straight away to let me back in, couldn’t be more grateful. Thanks so much guys!

In this difficult time of COVID-19 I was looking for a cheaper place to move to. I booked a private inspection with Jack Tripi for a unit in Jannali (45 minutes away from where I live). I took time off my job to go and visit it. The agent was not here and sent one of his minion to show me the place. I told him I was really interested and travelled back home to apply for the place. When looking for the address to apply, I noticed the deposit was taken. Who is doing business like this? I wasted 1h30 of my time this morning! I would not mind offering more for the rent so I called them straight away just to be told it was too late.

Called the agency that we wanted to put in an offer for the property, left my name and number on Danny voice message, with an offer.didn’t hear back for a couple of days, called the reception after a few days and was advised the owners took an offer 30K less than what we offered (and after we made our offer). Feeling sorry that the owners missed out because of lack of communication.

I am one of the vendors selling 32 Ninth Ave and wanted to apologise for the way you were treated at our property inspection in May. We returned to the property expecting the inspection was completed as the agent changed the inspection time later without advising us the vendors. It did allow us the opportunity to witness and personally hear the conversation Sanders employee Rhiannon had with you and your wife inside our property. We were absolutely appalled. You and your wife did Nothing wrong!
We again apologise and embarrassed that potential buyers of our property were spoken to the way you both were. The inspection process that day was highly unprofessional and poorly communicated for an agency with such a high local profile, whom we entrusted to sell our home. We purchased this home through Sanders. To say we were dissapointed is very much an understatement. We did eventually sell our property with Sanders however now prefer to avoid them for any future real estate needs.

We came to an inspection today (5 May 2018, at 32 Ninth Avenue, Jannali), there was a woman from Sanders, who is extremely rude and impolite.

We came to the inspection a few minutes early - when she wasn’t there yet. The owner was there and invited us in to have a look. Then she came and rushed inside and keep yelling at us like we are criminals. We told her we didn’t came in by ourselves, that the owner invited us but she keep yelling we have to do this, do that,

Not just that, throughout the inspection she behaved like she really hate her job.

Sorry but that’s not how you communicate with your potential customers! I have no interests to deal with an agent like that no matter how much I like the property!

To the business owner: if you care about your business, please stop destroying your company image by hiring people like that!

Wow how will I ever be able to thank Shane Flanagan at Sanders for the huge difference he has made in our lives. Shane is such an honest, genuine and caring real estate agent, such a rare find these days! My husband and I had been looking for months at houses and he would call every Monday to check what we thought of each Sanders house we looked at really getting to know us and what we were looking for in a house. I purchased a home in Como 7 years ago through Nick Gleeson at Sanders. I had no hesitation in reengaging Nick when I sold the home earlier this year.
