Very happy with service and lovely polite manner of Sam. Will take my car for servicing there again.

Bad experience. It is almost ripped off.
They charged me 2 times higher than usual price for a blue slip.
I have been to this shop to get a blue slip for my motorcycle.
Sam the boss of this shop charged me $90, while other shops charge $45.
I know that you have a right to decide the price for service, but it's too much.
The other repairers who are opening on Saturday do not charge 2 times more than usual price.
The price policy of this shop is way too far away from the common sense.

Sam is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with I have a fleet of over 50 vehicles and sam is the most reliable hard working mechanic I have ever had the privilege of dealing with I love how he can pick up on future problems and get parts changed before a problem occurs that last thing I need is a break down we would love to thank Sam and his very experienced team for there hard work

I took my car for service, and to fix some issues with it, the car was overheating all the time and no one could find the problem, but I got there and fortunately they know really well European and Japanese cars so they fixed everything and my car is going really good now, I recommend it 100 %

WARNING! Took my car in with a flat battery. The battery was replaced 1 week earlier with a new battery from another place. He bagged the other place saying the battery was too low - it took him 4 days to charge it (have you ever heard of a new battery taking 4 days to charge!) he then charged me $264.00! Yes $264 to charge a battery! What a rip off. I rang the guy that put the battery in and he said the mechanic should have sent you back to me and there is no way it takes 4 days and $264 dollars to charge a battery. Anyway you live and learn. They only get one chance to rip you off! I'm just warning other customers to be aware, especially females who have no idea about cars. If you think I'm joking, I've attached the receipt for you.

Fred got me in at the last-minute for a pre purchase inspection. This guy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is an absolute hard working honest bloke. Dont hesitate to make use of Freds service as you will not be disappointed.

I called him 5 mins before close because I need a pink sleep. Sam was extremely honest and upfront about what needed to be done on my car, he put some screw extra without extra charge. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand and didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs. The service was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs. They truly value customer satisfaction and it shows in the quality of their work but the best thing about him was how honest he was and how nice he was.

Sam is such an AWESOME and kind person. I met him for the first time the other week so he could help me get a blue slip for my BMW. He genuinely cares about his customers and had such a warm and kind vibe about him. I had returned back the same day to get his help with screwing on my number plates, he happily agreed to do that for me as I had no screws for it and even helped after 5pm! I tried to pay him something for his time but he refused to charge me. This guy is very HONEST and I will be giving him a lot of business from now on because I trust and respect him a lot. Thanks Sam, never change mate. You're the best.

Got a quote for a standard car service for my Mazda 3. The mechanician told me it’s around 250 but I ended up paying over 600 for things I didn’t really ask for. I am okay with the service but the way you doing business is dodgy and dishonest.

Fred has been helping my husband and I for the last few years with our Toyota Kluger and Series 3 BMW. We have found Fred to be friendly and extremely helpful. His services are reasonably priced and we have always been very satisfied with the quality of Fred's work. Last week we needed an urgent Pink Slip. This was no problem for Fred. He attended to our car while we waited and made the whole thing completely stress free. As general customer service seems to become worse and worse, it is so refreshing to work with someone who both does a good job and cares for his customers. We can highly recommend Fred and Sams Automotive.

Worst experience i ever have with any other mechanic
He locked my car and unable to start and he deny to take the responsibility.
I have to tow my car to the another mechanic which cost me 1000$
I was really disappointed
