Dropped my wife here a couple of weeks ago after she had a stressful week at work. Booked her in for the salt, float, massage package. When I picked her up she was so relaxed she could hardly stand up and walk out! Perfect! Thankyou guys:)

Did the vitality package (sauna, float and salt room). All just truly amazing. The float was even better than I thought it could be. All rooms and facilities are absolutely spotless - pristine even - like it has just opened and you are the first guest. You are in private rooms in both the sauna and float experiences which again is very nice. The float was so relaxing I even dozed off which I was not at all expecting. It is not at all claustrobphic. The shower in the room was stocked with their beautiful lemon myrtle body wash and hair shampoo/conditioner. The infrared sauna is excellent as whilst you sweat you don't feel an unbearable intense heat - its very different from the usual sauna where you need to pop water on coals - this is good for me as I can't withstand the normal dry heat in a sauna. It has different lights to treat different issues - green for pigmentation/blotchy skin and red for anti-ageing were my favourite choices. You control the light to use. Its my 2nd visit to the salt therapy room - also a favourite and fortunately I've been in the room by myself on both occasions (albeit it has capacity for 3). This place is just absolutely fantastic and if you are thinking about it - I'd recommend to just book and try it out. Its well worth it and it is a very efficient use of time to feel good with healthy smooth skin and feel very relaxed and energised!

Each time I have visited this establishment I have to say it has been a world class experience. Genuine, friendly and approachable staff who are passionate about what they do is a recipe for success. Can’t wait to go back soon. Well done team.

First time to Saltry and i was really impressed with the facilities. The float tank and the infrared sauna facilities were great, really thought out to make sure they have everything you need for a great experience. I also liked the shop at the front and bought a few goodies. What confused me was the customer service/interaction. It was very clinical, almost like it was a gym. No engaging conversation or questions post treatment which felt odd. Inspiring quotes on the walls made for a nice vibe but the lack of genuine interest from the staff was uninspiring and left me unsure if i'll go back.

The float rooms are amazing. Well-equipped including controls for your own music and lighting.
I followed up my float with a 1 hour massage, then a wander through the store at the front and left with a bag of goodies.
Great service with attention to detail, friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and easy unlimited parking nearby.

Staff are just exquisite, super helpful and knowledgeable in their field. I was a little taken aback by the group setting the salt room is held in, however the salt room was extremely relaxing and it didnt at all resonate that I was with strangers as I truly enjoyed the experience. To maximise benefits I would encourage a group to come with me next time and lead a meditation whilst in the salt room. A salt room meditation would be absolutely devine!

Love that sauna. Peaceful, relaxing and you just feel so good afterwards. Everytime I walk into Saltuary it’s like the outside world disappears and calm prevails.

Saltuary is a place where time stands still and all of the outside world is forgotten the moment u enter.staff are friendly, knowledgeable, informative and thorough.
Pricing is reasonable and i really like that there are discounts offered on multiple visit packages. So glad i found this place.

I came into your lovely location to buy a gift voucher, book an appointment for myself and also buy organic beef broth from your retail area. Two staff members were having a private conversation behind the counter for the whole 10min I was in the retail area. Besides not being acknowledged, the broth was out of date, so I left, also without a goodbye from the staff.

We had a very relaxing morning. The salt room, infra red sauna and flotation tank were perfect to reset the mind and body. We will definitely be back

Fantastic and unique place to relax and unwind. We had a treatment in the salt room, a sauna and then a float. All 3 were great. The float room was unlike anything else. So relaxing. Could feel the tension leaving my body! Could not recommend the place more!

Saltuary is a very unique and special place that I love to escape to. You only have to walk through the door to feel a sense of relaxation. The founder and naturopath, Tiina, is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive and all the staff go above and beyond. I have experienced spa and wholistic health treatments in some top hotels across the globe and Saltuary stands in line with the best of the best. Five stars for Five Dock's best kept secret!

The float rooms are amazing! I've been to three sessions so far, and would definitely recommend it.

I always love coming here. The world seems to shut off as soon as I walk in the door. Staff are so friendly and attentive.
