Saltuary Five Dock

I love Sultuary! I’ve been here several times and each time has been a delightful experience.

The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean, and smell great! The staff are friendly and helpful with any questions or requests that you have. You really feel like you’re at a hidden gem in Bali or similar.

I’ve purchased the Vitality Package on a couple of occasions for myself and a few times as gifts for friends, making use of the Salt Room, Float and Sauna.

I also highly recommend a massage here. It was the perfect ‘treat myself’ birthday gift. Oh! And on that particular birthday they also kindly gifted me with a cute little goodie bag of herbal teas. Super cute.

Staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere calming. The salt room is very relaxing. My children also enjoy their time there, and it helps with clearing their sinus and congestion from days with bad air quality.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I absolutely love this place, the atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness and the services. My favourite therapies are the float therapy which for me is a great way to disconnect and the infrared sauna is definitely a must try. This place is very well taken care of, well organised and with plenty of interesting books all over the place. The little shop is well stocked with a huge variety of products. Sabrina, the girl at the reception, is lovely, very friendly and makes you feel at ease. I wish I could go more often. Great location with plenty of parking around. Thank you xx

Clean facilities, friendly staff, soft robe. Loved the water and detox drink provided and the cold face towels as well

This place.it feeds the soul! So relaxing with attentive staff. The salt rooms are still my favourite but the infa red sauna is amazing too. You do that privately in a room to yourself. There are chilled towels waiting foe you at the end as well as a shot of something healthy! The salt room has a Max of 5 people and they have recently started doing guided meditation which sounds fab! Bit on the pricey side but they do specials occasionally so worth watching out for. Definitely a great way to treat yourself or someone you love. I always feel happy after a salt treatment, it really is amazing for your respiratory system and your skin! No pics.that would be wrong

Late cancellation of float session due to unforeseen circumstances. The Saltuary charged 100% of the session ($80). I was informed that they need to pay staff wages and rent, and therefore are unable to reschedule the session. I will not be booking in another float in the future, and certainly do not recommend The Saltuary.

I have been twice into this place truly the most discusting, apauling customer service I have seen, the females are rude and dismissive and not very kind and helpful. I would never recommend this place nor will I go there again especially when they don't make their customers feel welcome.

Amazing facilities, range of services, and incredible staff made my first visit a wonderful experience.

Float we did as a christmas gift. I was so stressed, work pile up and this was a brilliant experience to help calm my nervous system and restore calm with my adrenals.

Probably needs a deep clean of the entire place. I found a chunk of someone else's skin in the tank. Extremely off putting.

Float was great. Felt really amazing and rejuvenated!

Massage was terrible. Paul the masseuse was not very good. I could feel how disinterested he was by his touch. Also very unprofessional as he was chatting during my massage when I indicated I did not want to talk during my massage on the waver/pre consultation paperwork.

Unfortunately my sister did not communicate who to have the massage performed by. Following my massage, she mentioned that she previously had a a massage from him and was listening to headphones during the treatment! So much for mindfulness lol!

I think next time I will just choose to have massages at natures energy instead.

The staff were fantastic! They were extremely attentive and gave us thorough instructions about each of the treatments. All of the treatments were extremely relaxing and we left feeling stress free. Thanks again!

Have been here a few times now and it is fantastic! Went for the salt room the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a great experience. The we went back today for a foot session. Had never done a float before and it was fantastic! It was very well run and we came out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The staff are very professional and helpful, would highly recommend Saultuary in Five Dock!

The lovely team member who looked after me was so attentive & amazing. Loved her! And the entire experience was just incredible. The most relaxing & rejuvenating experience I’ve ever had. I have already purchased another pack as I loved it so much & will be sending my husband there as well. Such a special place, I really loved it thank you!

Did the Vitality package today with my partner and absolutely loved it. We misread the booking email and were late but the team did their best to accomodate us. They were all very thorough in explaining each of the treatments, benefits and how to get the most out of each. It was the most relaxed we’ve both felt but also energised. There’s nothing like this place, and the staff especially Tiina was incredibly warm and open. Thank you and we can’t wait to go back

The team at Saltuary are just fantastic! Their knowledge and approach to clients is second to none! A shout out to the wonderful Sabrina who is so helpful and kind, offering the best solutions and her kindness makes every visit enjoyable. Also to the lovely Alison! A great team member too!
