Josh and his team kept us informed through every step of the sale process. Our auction date coincided with the Covid 19 lockdown. When I started to panic Josh was my voice of reason. He is one cool 'dude' and had a contingency plan for every unforeseen event. The team at Saliba micro-managed all the subcontractors down to the minute of the written schedule. None were late and all were really lovely trustworthy people. Selling a house in a pandemic should have been stressful but with Josh it wasn't. I cannot recommend the Saliba team enough. A great small team that delivers BIG! I wish I could have a 'Josh' in my pocket for all my financial investments.

His professionalism and empathy listening to the whole family story and understanding what was important to us in selling our long term family home was refreshing from other sales people. I've known Josh for many years as someone who would always keep me informed about the market in our area through the peaks and troughs and even though I insisted we would not be selling for a very long time, he still kept in touch.
