This was particularly important, because by the time we decided to sell, the market was flooded with similar apartments in the area and we felt the odds were against us to get a fair price. Josh still managed to negotiate a good result for us which allowed us to upsize to a new house. Months later, we haven't seen a similar apartment in the area sell at- or above- the price we received.

It was a tremendous and trustworthy experience to work with Josh Saliba and Sarah Sibtain at Saliba real-estate for our home selling. They are friendly, professional, strategic, diligent, and well-communicated. I really appreciated them to work hard for us.

We just moved in to a rental property leased through Saliba. Everything was great until the day of moving in. We found the carpet not cleaned to reasonable standard: there was per hair all over and a strong foul smell. When we raised the issue, we were directed to the property manager, one Jennifer, who was rude and condescending. Eventually she arranged cleaners to attend to the property, but they were late and our move-in was delayed. When I highlighted the inconvenience, she had the audacity to tell us she was doing us a favour by the having the place cleaned, and even suggested we had sent fake photos of the carpet. We were disappointed because on paper Saliba looked like a decent agency, and our initial dealings with agent Salene were professional.

I have only dealt with Saliba as a renter. We had a wonderful agent called Penny. She was professional, respectful and did her job well. She was excellent in representing the landlord to us without being rude or aggressive. There was always respect towards the fact that we lived in the property. Saliba gets the two stars because of her.
Sadly, she left Saliba. We got another agent. This agent is good at getting the job done but they were condescending and patronising. There wasn’t a good handover as they seem to have no paperwork or documentation regarding the property or our lease.
We loved where we lived and had to vacate as the landlord decided to move in. That’s the way things go when you’re a renter. But the end of lease experience has tainted our love of what was our home.

Great agents did the job exactly as they promised.fantastic communication through the whole process. Would highly recommend.
