I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Adam and the staff at Sales HQ from both a job hunter and staff recruitment perspective.

During my job search, Adam was professional, thorough and prompt in response to match my experience and skillset in a leadership position with a great company that was a perfect fit for me.

Once I accepted the role, I was quick to utilise Sales HQ to go about the (often strenuous) task of building a sales team. The Sales HQ staff were attentive to the requirements I stipulated for the vacant positions and in a very short period of time sent through many perfectly aligned candidates for us to choose from.

Sales HQ's Walta receives a full 5 stars. There was nothing I could recommend that I would do differently or better. From the beginning Walta was passionate, upfront and honest, inquisitive, caring and real. From there I had several opportunities presented too me and each role was very aligned to what I had discussed with Walta and Nick in my first meeting. There were roles that came up on the Sales HQ's website that looked enticing but Walta kept me on track and patient to find the right role for me. I have successfully achieved my next career move with a role, manager, company, product with the package, flexibility and engagement that I set out to achieve but thought may never come about.
The key areas that stood out for me:
1. Communication: They want to know about what drives, engages and motivates you and they get to know what you really want through the discussions you have.
This was evident through the whole process and why I think each role presented to me I wanted to achieve.
Unlike other recruiters there is constant communication, check in's and discussion's to help you in looking for a role.
2. Stand out: Very, very different to majority of recruiters and recruitment companies. Walta cared about what I really wanted > what type of manager, industry, (with all other recruiters only presenting FMCG to me), company and product as well as what mattered to me outside of the direct role with things like family and flexibility. Additionally checking in on me when nothing was happening, as well as following up with honest feedback and strategies for next steps.
3. Focused: During the time I was looking for work Walta kept me on track and at times I had been offered other roles and unlike other recruiters Walta would simply ask 1 or 2 questions to keep me in check, with what I had talked about wanting, from my next career move rather than talk me out of them or talk the recruiter or company down. This was so important with so much going on around me and in the end I believe all the aspects on my list were achieved.
If you are not finding the right role for you or feeling like a transaction or needing to find the right person for your company go no further.

Having taken calls from recruiters out of the blue before i did not expect much but Adam and Nick had a great balance of pitching a role they had while listening to my needs to see if i was the best fit for the position. Attentive follow up and with help and advice along the way helped me make a decision to move. There are a lot of sub par recruiters around and these guys are not one of that crowd!
