Initially, I was very hesitant in looking for new job opportunities when approached by Charlotte. But with her charisma and professionalism, I did not regret consulting with her.

Charlotte understood what sort of career path I was seeking and went out of her way to mentor me all the through till the end. She constantly kept in touch with myself with tips and welfare checks, and also made sure I was aware of what I was stepping into.
