Hp laptop had water all over it and didn't turn on. Other places couldn't fix but Safemode managed to fix it. Recommended.

James fixed my 2013 Macbook Pro 2 years ago and it is perfect to this day. Apple told me to get another computer, but James was very honest, open and professional. He gave me a range of options and a clear break down of costs. This is a great business and I definitely recommend taking your computer here and not watching a YouTube video and trying to fix it yourself. Pay and get the professionals to do it. I will always take my Macs here to get fixed. It's very disappointing for me to see so many negative malicious reviews here, because I received excellent, honest service and I'm typing this on a computer that Safemode fixed. A computer that people regularly wonder how it can still be functioning after so many years of use.

I couldn't find a better person than James from "Safemode Computer Service "who did a Great job on my Apple Pro laptop and highly recommended and sought all the problems out and it's super fast.

I asked for a quote to supply and install a 1TB SSD in my ageing iMac 27". I was quoted $460, which is more than the second-hand value of the machine. I approached another store nearby and they quoted $220.

I brought my desktop, which wasn't turning on, in. After waiting for 10 minutes I was told it would be $300 for a new psu and if that didn't work, more for whatever parts they tried replacing after. I asked why they thought it was the PSU, couldn't get a good response. Ended up not leaving my PC with them since they weren't even going to run any tests to see if it was a RAM or motherboard issue first, or even to see if the PSU was broken before they replaced it.

Took my laptop there for a quote. Broke my laptop further. Was usable when went in and unusable when I went to pick up. They refused to take responsibility or fix their mistake.

Recently got issues with my email that has driven me nuts for days and no one could help. I've tried calling Microsoft, my email provider and had just gone around in circle with no success. Brought it to Safemode, was told by James that he may or may not be able to fix it because it's not all under his control. After 2 hours it was fixed and I was able to get back to my email.
