Safemode Computer Service

I have taken a few laptops for repairs, Even a water damaged one, free diagnosing took no more than 5 minutes which was fantastic, quote for repairs was fair, they also include full refund if job is unsuccessful, but in my case the repairs I had done were 100% successful. This is one of the best computer services I have gone to, they are truely reputable professionals, and have excellent service.

I had corrput hard drive which needed recovery. Safemode inspected the hard drive for free and confirmed they could recover within 24 hours. If the data could not be recovered they would not charge which i thought was very fair. I then provided Safemode with a new hard drive (although safe mode can supply) to transfer the data to. After 3 attempts and another 24 hours later all of the data had been recovered. Safemode kept in constant communication and the service was very efficient and successful. Highly recommend.

Great service -Safemode solved my storage problem quickly, letting me know costs in advance, what my options were, and completed the work ahead of schedule.

I found that it was very easy to use their website to book a same-day appointment to have my pc looked at. James was very efficient and was able to remedy my issues within the same day only after a couple of hours. For the speed and the cost I'd 100% recommend Safemode and will probably come back in the future to have some of my other tech looked at

I had an excellent experience with James. My desktop died as it had a Cockroach infestation. He replaced the desktop for me at a very reasonable price. There were a couple minor problems & he gladly replaced the CD Drive. Everything is perfect now. Thanks again.

I reached out to James and the team at Safemode with my Mac problem. They were extremely helpful and were prepared to look at my MacBook Pro without charge if I could get it to them. Though I live in the Brisbane area I sent my Mac to Safemode in Sydney by courier for $12. They had it within 24hrs. I had the Mac fixed and returned to me within a few days of sending it. They quoted quite a bit less than a previous local inquiry and I am delighted with the outcome. After installing a new SSD James even told me how to restore my data from an external hard drive backup. It was easy. James and the team are brilliant. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The battery of my 2015 Macbook Pro was in desperate need of a battery replacement. James was able to do the replacement very quickly and have my laptop ready for school which was very much appreciated! He even provided me with a DIY trick for the "staingate" that was on my laptop screen and this trick fixed it completely:) Would highly recommend going in to see James for any tech issues you might have!

Very fast, they had my macbook pro repaired a day early. A little expensive, but thats just how Apple products are.

Was recommended this shop by another computer shop who only dealt with Macbooks. I have reached out to several other shops, including data recovery specialists, but this shop stood out both regarding making sure to uphold their promise on keeping my data as private as possible (they offered to transfer data straight from broken computer to my new computer), were very patient and professional.
I am not a computer person, which seemed a good excuse to other shops to treat me rudely, this shop was extremely accommodating and understanding of it. It was also very quick, I got my laptop back within two hours with all data recovered that I needed plus the drive as a back up for a relatively good price:)

My 2012 Macbook laptop has problem with email that won't open. Apple store can't help. Took it to Safemode and fixed in 2 hours.

I've used Safemode in the past and now need our mac air laptop fixed. Walk-in was easy, unlike apple store which takes weeks to get an appointment. Little to none waiting time with walk in and quote was given within 2 minutes. Repairs was completed as expected. Recommended.

Good and prompt services. My Lenovo laptop had broken screen, was given a quote within minutes then repair was completed before due date.

This is a really good little shop. I got a laptop repaired over the xmas period where all the other services weren't even returning my calls. I just walked in and it was done in a couple of days.

Hp laptop had water all over it and didn't turn on. Other places couldn't fix but Safemode managed to fix it. Recommended.
