Great knowledgable service, with many different brands of shoes.

I had niggling insertional achilles problems (shoe related) for almost a year now. Fletch took one look at my shoes and immediately knew what I needed. I know have been running pain free!

Stop wasting your time and money at places that have no idea about shoes and get yourself to get fitted by some truly knowledgeable professionals! Looking forward to going back again!

Amazing experience! If I could rate them 1000 stars I would! Fletch and the team were extremely helpful. They helped me finding the right pair of shoes.and also gave me tips on my running plan. I almost left the shop with not only one pair of shoes but TWO. They recommend me to come back and buy the second pair in a couple months, just to make sure I am 100% satisfied with the first pair. Fletch watched me run for 15 meters and instantly diagnosed the pain I get when running as well as the shoe characteristic causing it. We then tried on 6 different pairs until we found the pair which felt like home. So thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Have recommended to everyone I know. The best shoe fitting experience I've ever had.

Starting my running journey I decided to buy new shoes. A running friend recommended Running Science.

I wasn’t aware, but you need to book an appointment. They fitted me in.

The Running Science team explored my current issues, observed my run and tried a few different shoes. The staff explained elements of the shoe relevant to me.

I bought the most comfortable pair of joggers.

I also discovered they have a running club.

Overall, relaxed environment, knowledgeable staff and personalised fitting.

Recommend booking an appointment and having 20+ minutes free.

I went to running science after it was recommended by my physio. I had returned 2 pairs of shoes to another shoe store. Fletch spent a lot of time with me finding a pair of shoes that fitted. I am not a runner and have had a lot of health problems and injuries. He put me in a shoe that was very different to the shoes I have had in the past. They felt a bit weird at first but they have turned out great and I have been able to increase my walking. I bought the shoes back in August and am really happy. I will definitely be going back next time I need new shoes.

As a new comer to running I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff.
The team has you covered from podiatry, shoes, gels, hydration, running programmes and everything in between oh and don't forget the run club.

Went to Running Science on the weekend and had a shoe fitting with Alex and couldn’t be happier. He took the time to understand what was currently causing me issues and what I’d be using the shoe for. Walked out with quite possibly the best pair of trainers I’ve ever owned, could not be happier with the fit. Definitely recommend Running Science to anyone looking.

I was absolutely blown away by the experience I had at Running Science on Saturday. I wish I got the guys name but he was the young guy with glasses and he was beyond helpful. He took the time to understand my running history and goals and then used his expertise (I don’t use that word lightly) to present 3 options, which became 5 over the half an hour I had with him. Don’t feel like you have to be a top level athlete to come here either - even if they do make you feel like one throughout the process.

Had a nice experience with this shop, yes there can be a little wait, but what I enjoyed was watching this store go the extra effort to make sure they fit the customer properly, they talk about your history, activities, injuries, watch you run and if need be (like me) they'll happily go through 7 pairs of shoes to ensure you are well fitted.
It's like my old school shoe store of my childhood, great service with the added benefit of obvious running experience and knowledge.

Huge shout out to Fletch and his team who have done an incredible job turning a 'shoe purchase' into an experience. Not only will you get the right approach and care, to make sure you are wearing the right shoes (probably saving you an injury), you will also get advice, and even community events. I wish my shoes would wear out more often so i could go in and chat with him and his team more often without feeling guilty (i am always in there asking for advice). Great work guys and thanks

Excellent service! Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I had an issue with a pair of running shoes, emailed the team and was told to come in for another free fitting and replacement. I arrived and was told I had no need to email and they were more than happy to replace the shoes on the spot. I was offered another fitting, however, I was happy with my original shoes and therefore given the latest version (and sent for a test drive).

Just before I went to leave the store, I was asked to come back to collect a free pair of Running Science socks (when back in stock) and invited to join their running club and Facebook group.

I don’t think I have ever had such good service.

It will not be hard to decide where I get my next pair of running shoes and any other running related gear. Thanks a million!

There's something a bit different, a bit special about Running Science. Fletch and his hand selected team take their jobs seriously. They care about what they do. They want to put you in shoes that make you feel strong and make you enjoy each step you take. I always leave the shop with a smile on my face, and my happy feet that fly thanks to the professional service and quality supplies at RS.

Today I also had the pleasure of a consultation with Phil the Podiatrist. After 6 weeks of pain in my foot, he expertly determined the source of pain, and relieved it, plus put in a plan for if things don't go according to plan. Phil - I wish I had come to see you sooner. You are one of a kind.
