Best running shop in Sydney! Fletch and the team spend a lot of time and care when fitting you for a shoe, including letting you try it outside. They know what suits each individual runner and find the best shoe for you. Recently have seen Byron, who's one of the shop physio's. He's been a great help and helped me immensely with an injury I've been struggling with post Sydney marathon. Could not rate Running Science more highly. There's also 4 weekly runs with a great community that Fletch and the team have build up over the years. Thanks for all you're help team!

Great store with a good range of shoes, very happy how John explained and fitted the right shoes for me. After having done so much running this year it was important to me to get the right shoes to avoid injuries. Using the treadmill to make sure they are comfortable while running was great! I would happily come back to buy my shoes from here from now on.

The Team at Running Science are so supportive of our training squad. Phil is also an expert podiatrist with specific knowledge for running injury and between them their passion for running makes it the go to place for all your running needs.

As a client new to the trail running world who had a history of bursitis, I needed advice on what shoes would support me and avoid potentially flaring up old issues. Running Science took the time to get a very detailed history and consulted with their on- site podiatrist before recommending a shoe that has been fantastic. My bursitis has settled and even after competing in the Blue Mountains UTA I had no major issues.
I would highly recommend Running Science to anyone looking for a personalised approach without paying exorbitant prices. As runners themselves, their knowledge is evident and their customer service excellent. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and very helpful staff.

I have tricky feet, they are wide with high arches. So finding the right pair of shoes for me isn't easy.

Great to deal with someone who is a runner themselves and knows their stuff.allows you to do a practice run in the shoes which is practical and gives you a real idea of what you’re buying! It was a couple of years ago that I've bought from them a shoe they recommended and some running gears and to this day I still remember my visit. Highly experienced staff assessed and recommended the Mizuno Wave Rider, and it unbelievably made a huge difference to my running. A friend recommended me here and I did not realise how much of an impact the correct running shoe let alone education would go a long way. It was overall worth it because you are receiving expert advice that's valuable in the long term. Thanks, and you guys are amazing!

I found the first shoes in my life that fits my feet shape. After wearing the shoes for more than a month I am really satisfied with it!

Yes, I came in to change shoes, which still hurt and I could not wear! I called before I came in so lots of response.

I was fitted for a new pair of running shoes yesterday and the staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They were also very attentive and I came out with a great pair of shoes!

These guys are legit. I've bought a couple of pairs of shoes here from Fletch (Brooks Glycerin 19 and On Cloudmonster), and seen Phil the running podiatrist a few times. Phil diagnosed and dealt with a foot problem in practically one session. The team are knowledgeable, friendly, and a great hub for the running community. If you're a runner or just getting started, they will look after you.

Best service and advice ever! Fletch was so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I left with the perfect pair of running shoes, shoes I didn’t even know existed! I love that he was concerned about finding the best shoe for my foot rather than focusing on brands… None of the shoes are out on display for that reason. Highly recommend!

I got a "running clinic" gift voucher as a birthday present for my girlfriend, but was a little apprehensive because I'm not a runner and I wasn't sure whether they'd be friendly (she gets nervous when watched by people, which the clinic is all about). That was not an issue at all as everyone came across as genuine and made her feel comfortable.

The feedback she got on her running resonated, and she was bent on trying the tips right away. This was great to hear given she's already relatively fast. She wants to come back for a shoe fitting soon.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Absolutely loved Fletch's recommendation and suggestions. He helped me pick shoes after a lifetime of dealing with blisters over long walks and runs. I just completed a 35K with zero blisters and super comfort. Woot!

Absolutely love this store. Got some runners fitted here today and it was a great experience. The staff here are full of knowledge and actually take the time to find you your perfect pair of runners, not just trying to sell you any pair. They won’t let you leave without being fitted correctly and they assess your running / walking style. Also the staff here are actually degree qualified and are knowledgeable regarding running and other exercises. Super worth while. Thank you!

This is the place to get the right shoes. I had made a mistake buying some shoes from another brand online and found after actually using them a km or so that they didn't suit me. Making my toes really painful. I decided to go to Running science to see if I could find a solution. We had a chat, tried on various types and brands and walked out with new shoes that don't hurt and a pleasure to run in and with a brand I hadn't thought of before. Set a PB first run with them. Great service.
