Rug Wash Cleaning Specialist Sydney

This company is so unprofessional. The staff Sam is so rude. I feel this is a fraud and I wasted $280. I will never suggest anyone use this company!

I used rug wash specialist to wash my rug and the results were amazing and that's why i thought I would share a before and after photo with you. I couldn't believe how my rug came back they had outstanding customer service and I will definitely be using them again and I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

This company is extremely unprofessional. Staff are all disgustingly rude, including manager Blanche. They brought back my rug after having it for 2 MONTHS looking the exact same. When told nothing had changed, their response was that we had "forgotten what our rug looked like" and that the rug was "old and covered in mud/water", the manager yelling at us through the phone. The rug was 1 month old with 1 small stain. Any criticism received they respond with a defensive tone and no apology. Customer Service has never looked so bad. Evidently customer satisfaction is NOT a priority for them AT ALL. Do not use this service!

I thought my rug was unsalvageable due to my pet peeing all over it, but this rug is very dear to me and I thought I would see if a clean would bring it back to life. I rang Rug wash Specialist and Blanche was very helpful and booked in the rug for me and they were very prompt and professional. The results were beyond my expectations, and they not only removed all the stains, but restored the rug to how it was when I first bought it! I could not be happier with this service and would definitely highly recommend it!

This company is extremely unprofessional. Staff are rude including tech Steven.i have booked for to clean mattress.they did a lot mistake.they didn't tell me i need to bring mattress downstairs in first place.the mattress is worst then before.doesn't want to give money back.just saying that the best we can do.next step i am going to contact fair trading. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!

If you want to get rid of your rug and spend money then this company just for you!
They will not clean your rug instead they will make it worse as they don’t know what they doing.
Be prepared to stay home whole day as pick up time frame doesn’t meter, they will turn up whenever they want but if they don’t find you home be ready to pay for their time, the cost is $150.
Don’t bother to take pictures as they will alter any pictures to prove that your rug was extremely dirty and they actually performed a good job. I feel they use bleach for stains.
Don’t expect to see your carpet in 2 weeks as they promising it’s could take 2 months or more, depending on their mood, because I cannot believe that those people can be busy after the job they done on my rug.
Lastly, don’t even try to complain or be unhappy about their service. Manager Blunch will scream on you and verbally abuse you and you will not even get a chance to talk.
Those people very unprofessional and customer service even worse. I advise to avoid this company!

I took my 10 yr old carpet with stain and Mark's. Has come out like a new carpet after wash. Highly recommended

Pleasant people to deal with. The rug looks so much better and the delivery driver was extremely polite.
