I couldn't recommend Rug Wash Specialist enough. They were a pleasure to deal with from quote to drop off. Their quote was very clear and very reasonable for the work completed. My dog had torn away the edging of my beautiful handwoven rug and Rug Wash managed to repair the tear without losing any of the rug size. The clean brought the rug back to life and I will definitely use Rug Wash again.

My runners had not been cleaned in 12 years. The team took them away and returned them almost new in 10 days. Great service and will definitely use them again.

Rug wash specialist are the best. I’ve had my rugs cleaned by them twice due to their professional work. My rugs came back spotless and looking brand new. (I have a dog who runs in and out). I also did my research and found the rug wash specialists had the best price, good value for great results.

Very quick and easy experience, Gary was a little late to come on site but the cleaning was quick and easy and now my hand me down rug is like new. It was easy to book an appointment over the phone and the ladies are efficient friendly & helpful. I would recommend this business to my friends.

I used the company twice, the first time they charged me about 500$ for a woolen rug, the stains did go away, but the backing of the carpet was very flimsy and the floor under the carpet is now covered with white powder. The rug was pretty old so I did not complain. The next rug was viscose and wool. Over the phone I was quoted as 480$ but after pick up they said it would be 700$ as it is viscose and wool. They dissapeared for three months and when they returned the rug al the viscose was cooked together, the spet stains did not go away either. Why charge extra 200$ for viscose if you still wash it as wool and ruin it. They did offer to pick it up and use a conditioner. I refused as it would have been another 3 months, the carpet is detached from its backing with bubbles, it does not hold the shape and it seems to shrink a bit. Very dissapointed and upset, 700 $ is a lot of money for such a poor job. DO not trust their phone estimates. I will be oing on fairtrade website for an expert advice.

I was provided rug wash details by someone who had used them before and could speak more highly of them. From the initial call to picking up the rugs, to delivery today. I spoke to Tania on the phone - request for Rug cleaning quotation today. She spoke lound in your ears about the prices. It is first time to do rug cleaning 170cm x 240 cm …no explain clearly, give the standard price $183 to clean and additional for clean if too dirty, vomit… it is okay… but the way explaining so BAD… sorry I don’t want to deal or use the service because your customer service.

I also called “Rug Wash Sydney Carpet @ Greenacre” - the lady was extremely nice & very helpful from any small details which I asked. I prefer go to Rug Wash Sydney Carpet instead.

My rug has sensational value to me as it was a gift from my mother an father.
Unfortunately my cat did not care realy made a mess of it. I contacted Rug Was Specialist.
They have just returned my rug and it is perfect so clean and ing great condition. I will never try to clean it again. If you need a rug cleaned contact Rug Wash Specialist they really do great work.

So impressed with the service I received. The rug looks brand new and stubborn stains have gone. Highly recommended. They did a fantastic job, I have recommended to family and friends. Will be using them again. Thanks to the whole team and pick up driver for there assistance and professionalism.

My large woollen cream area rug was picked up and delivered on time by friendly efficient staff and was beautifully clean and fresh smelling with no pet stains or odours. Great job!

The rug is 15 years old and had a lot of white cat hair embedded in it. It came back looking like the day I bought it.

This whole experience could not have been worse. They ruined my rug and it wasn't until 6 months later - when I took them to the tribunal - that they agreed to compensate me with part payment, part substitute rug. The rug they gave me instead has yellow stains all over it. This experience was a nightmare. And in the process I lost a rug I loved because they clearly don't know how to do the thing their business name suggests.

Great value and prompt, diligent and all round excellent service. I just wish they did more than clean rugs!

This company sent a person to assess the stains on my rug. We had spilled red wine and then made a mess trying to clean it up. It was yellow and brown and the rug was ruined.
The rug is now beautifully clean with no stains.
And the company delivers it back to you.

This is a great service for getting your rug washed. My rug came back smelling fresh and looking like new. I had cat and dog hair and foot traffic that only a good wash could achieve. I would highly recommend them for a good rug spring clean.
