Updated: A phone conversation was conducted with the General Manager at 14: 34 on December 18,2023. Regrettably, no resolution was proffered during the course of the conversation. I find myself in a predicament characterized by unfortunate circumstances and am positioned as a victim in this matter.

Regrettably, my anticipation turned into profound disappointment upon engaging with Ross Mark in April 2022 for my comprehensive house renovation. Despite an upfront payment of $380, Peter's failure to provide a detailed quotation and subsequent evasion of communication left me disheartened.

Even more disconcerting was the unsettling experience in May 2023, when Peter, after a prolonged silence, displayed reluctance in offering a breakdown quotation, showing displeasure at my preference to supply my own materials—a detail communicated since April 2022. The ensuing back-and-forth, marked by frustration, culminated in Peter once again ghosting me after June 2023.

My profound disappointment is compounded by the stark contrast between my experience and the positive online reviews. The lack of transparency and seemingly preferential treatment based on material procurement raises serious doubts about the integrity of Ross Mark.

Peter's apparent lack of genuine commitment and evasive behavior in handling the project further adds to the overall negative impression. This has been an exceedingly unsatisfactory engagement with Ross Mark, and I feel compelled to caution others about the serious shortcomings in professionalism and customer service.

We couldn’t be more pleased the high quality extension / renovation completed by Rossmark. From beginning to end, the team went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the advice and support from Peter and Glen throughout was exceptional. All trades used were of equally good quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a builder.

The Rossmark team were very professional and helpful throughout the process from our initial contact with Matt, to the demolition and construction with Matt and Bailey to the final touches and go to guy, Cliff especially when tackling our driveway many many times. The project coordinator Pete and project supervisor Glen kept well informed and in the loop throughout the project showing us the project at each stage, nothing was too much trouble or no question too silly to be asked. They were full of suggestions and worked within our budget and requirements for bushfire flame zone. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and the quality is amazing.

Rossmark designed and built our first floor addition this year. They were brilliant from beginning to end - excellent team, great to work with, incredibly accommodating (even when I was being fussy & indecisive!), very professional but always good for a laugh and a beautiful end result. We’ll be back for sure to do our downstairs remodel!

Rossmark were incredibly good to deal with, and we are extremely happy with the renovation they designed and built for us. The quality of the work was excellent with high attention to detail, and they were very pro-active in suggesting design changes that would deliver a better outcome, even when they could have just left things as they were. Our project manager Peter was fantastic to work with, and our site manager Glen made sure everything ran smoothly. We had three separate tradesmen comment to us how good Rossmark were. We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in future.

Rossmark just completed our second story addition. We are absolutely delighted with the result, and could not speak highly enough of this organization. They are extremely well led, well managed, ethical, and have very experienced, skilled and detailed staff and contractors.

This was our first ever renovation, we didn’t know where to begin or how to do it. We called Rossmark because they were a beginning to end project building company who did everything from concept design, drafting to execution. They were very helpful, informative, & listened to what we had to say and what we would like for the house. From start to finish, everyone who was involved was fantastic and we couldn’t ask for a better team. We were informed straight away of any issues that arose during the renovation and were guided through the situation with their professional and caring attitude, and most of all their hard work. During the renovation we lived in the house with our young kids and the team always made sure each day they left the place clean and safe for us to live in. I would recommend Rossmark and I would definitely use the team for any future projects.

We are so happy with the incredible top floor extension to our property, the space Rossmark has created has really benefited our family unit. The quality, finishes and overall process was impeccable. We highly recommend Rossmark and the high standard of service they provide.

Peter, Glen and the whole crew were absolutely amazing. Right from the start everyone was professional and respectful yet always friendly. Their organisation and streamlined processes proved invaluable, particularly when they were able to keep our project moving along even in the midst of lockdown. We first approached Rossmark to discuss a significant re-design and renovation of our family home in late 2020. They were our first choice based on the recommendation of friends and their ability to offer a full package of services from design through to DA approval, project management and construction.

From the first, we found Rossmark to be honest, responsive and generous with their time and experience. Our first contact was with Matt who listened to our concerns about the existing rooms and flow of the house and came up with an ingenious design.

After receiving DA approval, Peter, Glen and the team took over the project management and construction of our job. They managed every aspect of procurement and trades and, despite being shut down for a period due to COVID and the associated difficulties with obtaining materials, still managed to bring in our job on time. We were kept up-to-date with every aspect of the job throughout the entire construction period and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The quality of work was exceptional and the final product is even better than we could have hoped for. We are so happy that we decided to undertake this renovation as it has made a considerable difference in the way we use our home and, with Rossmark doing all the heavy lifting, the entire experience was a pleasure. We would highly recommend Rossmark for any residential building project.

Highly professional, and exceptionally high standard of workmanship can be seen in the completed job. Absolutely no hesitation recommending Rossmark to anyone wanting to build, renovate or extend.

We had a very good experience with our renovation from the planning process with Peter through to the build managed by Glen. Nothing was a problem and all trades were easy to deal with. The quality of work and finishes were outstanding and we couldn’t of asked for anything more. The end product is fantastic and has provided so much more room for our family.

Peter was so helpful and very professional, even though Rossmark were not able to assist me in trying to rectify another dodgy builders work. Peter took the time to listen and advise me in any way he could.

Rossmark recently completed a second storey addition to our home. The whole process ran very smoothly from start to finish. We found all staff, especially Peter and Glen, professional, friendly and very easy to work with. All works were completed to a very high standard.

We recently engaged Rossmark to carry out some renovations to our home. We had spent months working a design that would fit our budget and meet our requirements. Rossmark were happy to work with us until we were 100% happy on the design.

All the trades that were used by Rossmark were professional, considerate of your space, took pride in their work and above all, worked to a high standard.

Our first floor addition was completed by Rossmark 2 months ago. From start of the process with Peter, to working throughout the build with Glen & tradies was a fantastic experience. Everything ran so smoothly. Every week Glen communicated with us and informed us the process. Glen not only talked to us, but also talked to our neighbours on behalf of us. It was really hassle-free.
