Extremely disappointing and poor value for money. Provided feedback on how wilted and dead the arrangement looked on arrival and gave them an opportunity to rectify but received no response. Judge for yourself with the photos below. Support your local florist and buy local. At least you know what sort of standards they hold themselves to.

Expensive and not the best roses you've ever seen at $12 a stem.
Try elsewhere IMHO.

Flowered were delivered but went missing. Emailed & had a call back shortly after, replacement flowers delivered same day.

I never leave reviews, but this was much needed. I paid almost $250 for a large bunch of flowers. What arrived was SMALL and the flowers were old. I have used and will go back to using Mr Roses. MUCH BETTER QUALITY! ORDER# HJIRL

Roses only sets the standard high

Roses only Merrylands was terrific. I ordered from them at 1.30pm for my mum's birthday. They were delivered by 3.30pm absolutely great.

All good, easy to order, they let me know there was a problem with one of the flowers, replacement was lovely also. Thankyou

Ordered flowers on a Sunday and had them delivered that afternoon to a hospital. They also honoured a discount code after the order was finalised

Very pleased with the ease of use ordering on website & delivery on time as promised. The ability to easily add extras to the order as well. This was a same day order & delivery.

Great product and delivery service. Web site is a bit hard to go about since you can't see your cart and sometimes what you choose to put in the cart is not available for the date of delivery but you'll only know during checkout process.

I ordered a bundle of flowers for the birthday of one of my bridesmaids. I paid $130 for the flowers which is ok but the flowers that we're delivered were so baddd it was embarrassing. I will never use your company ever again. I tried to call customer service and was put on hold for 47 minutes without answer.

I organise flowers for my mum every month and I only buy Roses Only flowers. Mum loves the colours and the flowers last a long time. Haven't ever had an issue. The service is awesome as well, the staff go out of their way to help. Thanks Roses Only
