We were looking for a bike carrier that would answer all our requirements (It has to carry 4 bikes, our garage has very low clearance etc). He explained the pros and cons of each product, helping me decide easily which one to go for. Extremely happy with the service from the team at Roof Rack World Artarmon in assisting me with the selection and fitting of roof racks and roof box for my VW Golf. They showed me how to instal and remove, changed the locks so I could use the same key for the roof racks and box, and provided me with duplicate keys.
Excellent service and friendly crowd who are interested in the best outcome for you as a customer and not what generates the most income for them. They also stock the latest gear and are willing to do the nitty gritty like rewiring plugs or drilling holes for auxiliary plates.
Paul and the guys helped me out again today, managed to fix my broken Thule bike arm, free of charge! You just aren't going to find service like this anywhere else and I will keep recommending them to others:)
Excellent customer service, nothing is a problem. Great knowledge and went way beyond what I expected when I had a problem with the my vehicle mounts for the roof racks. Would not go anywhere else and would recommend to all.
By far the best service I have received from any company in Sydney. Went in to get Roof Racks fitted. The owner then proceeded to give me a better sized Tow Hitch ball for my car to better suit my Thule Bike Rack (No charge with installation) He then noticed I had lost all the Zip Tags on my now fairly old backpack. A week later I got a call, "I managed to get you some Zip Tags for your backpack, come in and fetch them when you have time" I went in and again and again he refused to take my money. I can't express what a difference these small gestures make. I will continue to support this brilliant company and recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!
