Rockdale Mazda - Service Centre

Thank you John Mansweto and the team @ Rockdale Mazda Service and Parts Centre. My car was serviced on time with no hiccups. Got it washed and vacuumed at a bonus! Perfect waiting room to read a book with complimentary coffee, tea and biscuits. Great work guys, i recommend you to all. Thank you!

Very customer oriented. General services always done here but today I had two other issues dealt with under warranty, and on the same day!

Wonderful customer service from the friendly team at Mazda Rockdale. I was looked after by Byron who is a champion. Was also great that they could accommodate my night before request to bring my booking forward an entire week.

Professional but not too fast service.
Went over there to do my regular 10.000km service on my Mazda CX5 and been surprised by the fact I am not on the list for servicing my car, no mater I made on-line booking and received a confirmation email.
Once over there my car was re-booked but now I lost my previously arranged time and place in the queue so I had to sit in the waiting room for more than two and a half hours.

After going to Leichhardt AMR for a long time and not being too impressed, I decided to give Rockdale Mazda a try.

As soon as I drove in, I was looked after. I needed four new tyres this service and the honesty and competitive price the staff gave me was fantastic.

The customer lounge is comfortable and staff kept me fully informed throughout the service.

Couldn’t recommend this service centre more.

First impression was a large work shop with a large staff
I was greeted upon entering the business and spoke with Michael, He explained the service and what it would entail and made me aware of the cost up front, no hidden extras and no more expensive than my former service centre, the car was ready early and I got a call to let me know, pick up was quick and again my service was explained.

Attention to all, Rockdale service 10% off is trap.
All new Mazda sky-active engine need Fully synthetic oil but Rockdale mazda service will tell u that we will add standard engine oil (This is cheap semi synthetic oil) which is not good for you car. If you ask them to add Full synthetic (Mazda recommended) then they will charge you extra $20 on top of "Mazda service price calculate price".

They are always fast, friendly and reliable. I bought my car from Artarmon but the high quality service I receive at Rockdale means I'll never go anywhere else

By far the best Mazda experience I have had.
I have been to the Blacktown and Parramatta Service Centre however, Rockdale blew them out of the water. The staff were all friendly and genuinely sought out to help me regardless of how busy they were. Special thanks to Byron for taking care of me during my visit. Will definitely only be bringing back my car to Rockdale.

Very pleased with the 1 year service at Mazda Arncliffe. Michael George did a great job with the initial briefing, and the car was ready when he said it would be. The free coffee and biscuits were a nice touch on a cold morning. The waiting area was comfy and WIFI fast so I could motor through some work while waiting. Thanks Michael and team, I’ll be back.

Outstanding assistance by the Service Manager to a novice Mazda driver. Having recently purchased a Mazda 3 Touring - and not familiar with the latest 2018 technology - the Service Manager more than made up for the lack of assistance obtained from the car dealership. I would highly recommend this establishment for all round service.
